Bodycam Shows Handcuffed Woman Stealing Tulsa Police Car

Tulsa Police have released dash and body camera video of a woman stealing a patrol car. Police say an officer pulled over a woman driving a stolen car, but shortly after, the officer’s car was stolen. They say she stole the car after an officer had stopped her near 33rd and Memorial just after midnight on March 30, 2018. Police identified the woman as Angie Frost, 36. The officer handcuffed her and put her in the front seat while the stolen car was searched. The video shows officers standing outside when one of them notices her moving into the driver's seat. "What is she doing?" The officer asks. Another officer says, "She's trying to steal your car."
The first officer tries to unlock the door, but she drives off. The camera in the stolen police car recorded Frost jumping the curb and speeding down Memorial. Police from all over Tulsa started responding. Frost drove south on Memorial then west on 41st Street before stopping at the Studio 6 Motel in the 8100 block of East 41st, where she got out and ran. Police quickly got her back in custody. Frost is already in prison. Court records show Frost pleaded guilty to four counts in May and a judge sentenced her to three years in prison.

When the cop asks her whether she knew him through an acquaintance, she shrugs her shoulders and flips her head and says "Yes" as if to say "whatever I don't feel like making up more elements to the story". This is by far the most entertaining and truly humorous video that I have seen from this channel. A pleasant surprise...Best part is when they realize they left their fellow coworker behind in the rush to get in their own cars to chase after his car...I'd like to hear the razzing he's gonna get when he arrives on scene...and I also have to give credit to the girl for her crazy impulsive self preservation mode thinking. They knew they had nothing on her except a driving with a license and still proceeded to make her believe she was being arrested for auto theft. With a good enough lawyer they could say that caused her to mentally break down and flee the way she did.
About 60 days in jail for stealing the police car seems about right for the perp. Cop that put her into his car should get two weeks without pay in order to think about all the mistakes that he made.

Well I got a feeling stealing the police car might stick.
the problem i see is that she could be involved with some kind of murders etc. from possible robberies. i hope they thoroughly investigate all the stolen items and things inside the car
