A large and extremely dangerous multi-vortex tornado occurred just outside of Waterloo and hit Elkhorn almost on a direct hit. Many homes and businesses were flattened and / or left in unrepairable condition. Search and rescue went on until evening hours.
It happened on Friday, April 26. That was crazy. I was in a refuge room at work right by there. There were so many Tornados during that time. So many homes and even towns in Iowa got wiped out . There have been no reported deaths, and that is TRULY A MIRACLE. ♡
Those people on the farm okay ? Prayers up!

He's always playing this stuff up, always calling the next thunderstorm forecast the outbreak of the century. This was nothing compared to May 31st, 2013.

I think they sustained damage but the worst was Elkhorn which is basically in the same area
