Thanks to Szalinski's particle beam, we now have the world's first giant kid. Let's see how he goes when head to head with two giants, King Kong and Godzilla.

This movie did really well with its visual effects. Some scenes they made a miniature house to make the baby look giant in the background. Lots of practical effects
R u serious? This can be done just by some cheap green screen background, The laser effect is corny as hell idk what movies have you been watching this definitely did not have good CGI/Vfx
Thanks for discussing this one ! I saw it many years ago on tv, once, as a teenager. Still remember particular scenes from it 20+ years later. Forgot all the doctor vs doctor rivalry. But probably it's one of the movies responsible for my love of Las Vegas's neons.
The part where the tranquilizer hurt him and he cries hits deeply....as someone who has a little boy myself, it got me cos he is just a baby unaware of anything
Man, this was one of my favorite movies growing up, along with Honey I shrunk the kids. I remember this movie so vividly I started to hear certain parts and fill in the gaps of certain scenes you didn't have in the video. Thanks for the nostalgia trip.
Oh man, I remember watching this when I was 11 and had a fat-box tv. The "Honey, I-" series had so much potential and perfect timing with its demographics, I really wished they finished the 4th instalment and created a new sub-series. Now the casts are old and working on the half-baked movies that barely feeds their nostalgia.
9:42 Honey I Blew Up The Kid is a classic. A mentally unstable inventor accidentally zaps his 2 year-old son with a ray gun which causes him to become a giant.
This is one of those movies I remembered seeing as a kid but I don't think I ever bothered revisiting it. Turns out there's a little more to it than what was in my hazy memory. Glad this one got covered!
9:43 That scene were Adam cries literally to this day, still makes me emotional. When you look down on the ground of all the people watching you notice there just horrified disgusted in there getting emotional too. I really hated this doctor Charles Hendricks guys so much that I was like. Yeah I was happy he got what he deserved in the end but it’s like yeah there’s no way in hell you could resist that seen. You would have to pretty much have someway to hold onto those emotions. I wouldn’t be surprised if anybody in the theater at the time was watching this and was getting all upset about Adam, crying and stuff along with cheering, Dr. Charles Hendricks get punched in the face by the mother. I’ve seen plenty of movies with parts that have brought me to tears.
When Diane punch the jerk scientist for shooting her baby is the best part😎🤣👍👍👍👍👍☝☝☝☝☝ after he run to lovengly hug her , just so sweet ☺🥰 she deserve the trophy for the mother of the centurie !!!
A suggestion, can you Change your intro a bit more? Also give your personal reviews related to movies, like which was your fav part, what more actors, script writers, or directors would have added and many more detailings. Also, in place of asking to watch out all the movies you can give a genuine review, that should we watch the movie or not. Just a suggestion, nothing else! Rest I like your content, keep going and keep shining!
We would know lol. If it changes size but not mass then density would change and we can measure that If it also doubles mass then density doesn't change but we can see the changes made to the gravity
for some reason, i remember his size being tied to his emotions. unhappy makes him bigger and happy makes him bigger. how weird how memories can change over time.
a few fun facts: 1. The reason why Amy didn't stay for the Remainer of the film was because the script wasn't actually a sequel to Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, but Originally a different movie called Big Baby. And in the original script; there was only a mother, father, son and Toddler and no daughter in the script. 2. Adam is played by twins 3. This film takes place after Honey, I Shrunk the Kids tv tv show (which aired from 1997 - 2000)
I don't think it takes place after the TV show because Adam wasn't featured on the show. The final episode had Diane announced that she was pregnant, so it could have led into this movie. However, I feel that the TV show was in an alternate universe.
@@emanuelespinoza9325 that what i mean. that fact that Diana said she was pregnant and the family moved after Adam was born make this a continuous of the franchise
