Hi Joe, Looks like you’re well on your way. Never thought of profiling the ribs before installing them to the keel.
On my first model OcCre instructed sanding after assembly. So I did the same with the Santa Maria. When I
start the Endeavour (OcCre)in November I’ll have to look at that option. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to
    to more videos.

Hey Vance, I handled the sanding the same way you did on my other builds as well, and only sanded first due to Pavel's decision to print the lines on the ribs. When I looked at the lines he drew I realized sanding first seemed to just make sense and made it easier to complete. If I was building an Occre kit I would most likely sand the ribs after they are assembled to the keel. Food for thought.

Nice video Joe . Looks like its going to have a nice solid frame. I really like the idea of the lines showing you how much to bevel the bulkheads.

Thank you, Greg. Yes, there are multiple layers and pieces that go into each frame or rib. I should be sanding the remainder of the ribs and adding the bevel to the build. I would love to be sanding away but it's almost 11:00 PM and I don't my neighbors to get mad at me. Tomorrow is another day! I will continue to make a video to follow up with explaining the actual process and add the pictures as I did with this video.
