I have made 2transistors Radio transmitter with stable frequency (1extra bc547transistor needed for stability). It has range of 40/50metre with clear sound after that it produce nois and increases with distance it stops working after approx 75metre. This used to be my dream project after reading 100transistors circuit book i was able to make it.

UH. Im pretty sure speaking in the radio without a license in India is incredibly regulated and illegal. could cause you to go in jail or get insane amounts of money fines.

It's impossible for it to work till 100 meter, if 100 meters was so easy... why would engineers have a hard time creating a circuit to emitt radio frequencies used in old cars to use radio as speaker for phone

It will cause legal concern if your transmitter will emit a signal to 2 km.
Btw! It's simple to make a tv transmitter as it is easily available in old set top box card and old VCD/DVD player. There's a RF box or RF module used in these circuits you just need to wiring.
