I’ve been a huge fan of this artist's music for quite some time. I was so excited when he made a Berserk song!! I was so incredibly moved by it, I even teared up listening to it the first time and I wanted to convey that emotion even more with my edit. I’m so excited to share it all with you!
I almost wasn’t even going to edit this song. The length and task I knew I would have to take was quite intimidating. Editing is always a challenge, it can be such a tedious process but there is nothing more satisfying than when you make something you are truly proud of. I’m so incredibly proud of this one. So I’m glad I really pushed myself to do it.
I wanted to thank you all for the 12,000 subs. Still shocks me that this number keeps growing. I’ve been sharing my edits on RUclips since 2005. Big part of those years I was always under 2000 subs. Which wasn’t the most important part of this journey of course. I just enjoy this hobby so much and sharing it with anybody else that enjoys it but even then I’m still so overjoyed of the popularity my works has gotten in the last 4 years, especially my Berserk videos! This story just means so much to me, and I love portraying it in so many different ways that I can! So thank you for always taking the time to watch my work!

The Aviators song dedicated to Berserk is absolutely perfect. You did an excellent job of merging the various animated transpositions with the manga and some of the transitions impressed me a lot. Congratulations on a wonderful job!

Mangaka Kouji Mori, Studio Gaga and Young Animal Magazine; announced in June 7 of 2022 that Berserk would resume serialization on June 24 issue. Kentaro Miura friends will make sure that the struggle ends. 😭

I knew from the moment you told me about this song and when you said you were going to take on the challenge to edit it, I had no doubt it was going to turn out as amazing as it is. I can just see how much blood, sweat and tears you put into this one especially with knowing how much of a pain masking everything was going to be. But you did it!!! I just love how much this song really revolves around the relationship Guts and Griffith and you just made it come to life with your editing. You were really able to really show what kind of relationship they had. From all the anger, pain, regret, love, and angst they had for one another. I think you just portrayed it so perfectly in the video. Also, all the scenes you used were just so so perfectly lined with the lyrics too. This is literall the perfect music video for this song!!! As for the editing---DUDE!!!! I really cant pin point any part of the video that i adored so much because we would just be talking about the ENTIRE video LOL. The way you masked so clean and perfectly over the text had me foaming at the mouth!!! and i know it did take you hours to mask it so well, but it was hella worth it!!! I espcially love the mask where Femto opens hsi wings and covers the text at 4:48. I just think that was so hella creative on how that text was placed. Also I love the parallels so much in this too like at 0:42 where its Guts screaming and then Femto being born UGH! I also just love love that burn overlay that you place 1:09. Also I really love when he says "fighting into the black" you have the scenes fade away. I just love how detailed oriented you were with the lyrics!! Also LOVEE the light leak overlays too!!! It just fit so well and were never overpowered!! This also goes for the little glitch/vhs overlays scattered throughout the video too! Also of course I can't forget to comment on how perfectly placed all the voiceovers were placed in the video!! You just add them in at the right moments!! I can never EVER get sick of your voiceovers! I feel like you have mastered on how to put them in songs that doesn't over shadow the actual song! the part where you added "and then i met him" and then it cuts and picks up the beat and second later omg!!!!! That was just pieced together so well!! Also when Guts voices "Griffith" at 2:16 and the lyrics say "I'm seeing you" GODDD! That damn parallel! I'm all over the place with my commenting but I really love that small motion blur like at 2:59! I just wanted to point out that cool detailed effect lol. also man 3:15 and 3:50--the way you put both Guts and Griffith quotes together I just love that you did that. We get to see both of their POVs and just the way they viewed everything from the outside. Guts seeing someone he so desperately wanted to be equal to while Griffith seeing someone that was already a his level; someone that made him see beyond his dream. But omg the moment where Griffith says "You were the only one who made me forget my dream" and it cuts to Guts screaming sent literal CHILLS down my spine!!! UGH! I just keep repeating that part!! And i just love the quotes that you added at the end too; ugh just everything was pieced so damn perfectly together. And i love that you used that final page of the last chapter in the manga. So bittersweet. Just damn...DAMN! I feel like i still haven't expressed all my feelings in this LOL but I said most! Really, no words could ever express how this video made me feel. If the band ever sees this I hope the consider to make it their official music video! Cause goddamn are you GOOD!! I fucking love your brilliant mind! HAHA!! God damn amazing job dude! Always so awed with the work you put into your videos especially your berserk ones!

I'm so glad there are people like you who create amazing content for this beautiful and haunting story. Its extremely inspiring! I think this is easily my favorite Berserk AMV/MMV. I fell in love with The Aviator's original song when he released it, so to hear it be used in a video is great. You also chose the most excellent clips images for this. And not only that, but the fact that you incorporated dialogue makes this even better, imo. No one can deny that Berserk's art is god-tier, but the writing is too, and I feel like fans forget that. I've always considered Mark Diraison and Kevin T. Collins as Guts and Griffith respectively in the english dubs as examples of perfect casting, so I commend you for using their talented line reads. Wonderful video. Such a respectful, cutting homage. Look forward to any other Berserk content you make.
I’ve probably watched this and listened with my eyes closed about 50 times. It’s a masterpiece the exact perfect song for this. The art work. The mix of anime (old and new) then manga panels and the quotes intersected into the song… it’s a masterpiece man. Thank you. You can almost feel his anger, betrayal, and longing.
The way you can be almost empathetic for Griffith.. which makes you even angrier. Well done. So impressed.

Love this deep dive into Guts and Griffith's feelings for each other. I love how you use the manga panels, and the 98 anime and the new movies as well, it's great to see everything through your masterful culmination Mickey. The quotes are a fanastic addition too, just really hits the nail on the head. Muira was so good at some many things, and creating deep multi-layered character relationships was definitely one of those things. He was truely one of my favorite writers and artists of all time, and your videos do his work massive justice my friend. Thank-you for sharing the beauty you make.

This has to be my favorite AMV for Berserk. Like you have quotes and clips from both the 1998 and the 3 movies with Panels form the manga its self. I Love how impactful the quotes are with the song in the background. It really does feel like both Guts and Griffith care for one another but then the eclipse takes away everything they built together. Their friendship and the relation with the Hawks. 10/10 AMV my friend.
