That's a stupid design in too many ways. The traditional step through design with flat platform and storage space - sacrificed for dumb redesign for who knows what. Engine on the swingarm - holy massive unsprung weight.

Best looking is subjective but hey, to each his own.
Some like the classic Vespa look, some like a more modern design.
