Would you have any advice on what settings to use as it’s barely scratching the surface on 10% speed, 100% power and 40 passes I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong 😢 I would appreciate any advice you may have !

Hello Ali, I have a question, How do I know the measurements of objects? And put it and be right , when i want to do one object, i throw a lot of wood till i take the right measures,
Measure the object first, width and length. then in graphics software set your page to those measurements. now design your graphics. export it as PNG Or SVG. upload the graphics to Lasergrbl. set the home point and test the engrave cut area. based on test, set your object under the laser. test again. until you are satisfied that it fits. else change the dimensions in Lasergrbl and values for measurements, (SVG can't change values, png can) once all is good, hit the action button to engrave cut.

this is all trial and error. there is no one configuration that will work for you, which worked for me. so feel free to experiment with speed, laser power and passes ;)

i have just got the newest version of TTS 20Pro, with Air compressor and cylinder engraving module, it cuts upto 30mm easily. i have not done anything for Copper cladding or PCB boards so can't say the settings

Hi brother The reason why hard limit switches are not standard is because of soft limit applications. The grbl firmware application allows you to program your max distance travel in both x and y aixs sincerely ejike

This company is a joke. Save yourself the time. I ordered a machine and it was supposed to be here in 3-4 days. After 2 weeks and 3 emails I finally heard back and was told to would be 2 more months. I asked for a refund 4 times and they have not responded. I had to reach out to VISA to get a refund. Seriously go elsewhere.
unfortunately too many companies in China are doing such things. there is no way to find out who is authentic and won't cheat. sorry that it happened to you. careful ordering from China, specially from aliexpress.

to cut acrylic you need to put some stickers. or else laser will keep going through and won't cut anything

yes it has bluetooth, yes blue parts are plastic, no air assistance kit. i did not use memory card. i ran my laptop next to it. hope it helps

Yes it will. just make sure to put a sticker on material that is not shiny

Tested by me it works like a charme ( mdf 3mm, only 1 pass speed 150, power 100% ) and with black acrylic and plywood
