nah its the not same kind like he said the kind hes eating is extra fermented and has extra stuff that makes it more sour also if your a fan of ramen i know u mentioned you cant handle spice that well but you should really try the kimchi flavored noodles from shin with some added kimchi from a jar im telling you its chefs kiss
