Another art project for Pakje Kunst | made with CNC

In this video I show you how I made these art pieces with CNC.
Because I do not have my own CNC, I go to my local makerspace/fablab 'de Kaasfabriek' (cheese factory) which is located in Alkmaar, The Netherlands.
For this project I used a piece of Ecoboard 10 mm thick. Ecoboard is compressed straw.

Your design and build talents are extraordinary. I would have gone nuts hand painting all those grooves ... did you consider using a vinyl mask or a sealer coat before cutting the V-grooves, then spray paint over it all and sanding off the excess? I've used vinyl mask (cheap shelf paper) for a couple of projects with good results.
I built furniture for 35+ years, but I envy your talent.
