For a 18 x 4 cm (7x1.6 inch) cake pan:
400 g tahini paste
200 g granulated sugar
340 g honey
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
100 g roasted and salted pistachios
2 tbsp cocoa nibs
100 g bittersweet chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
1 large pinch of sea salt flakes

Lovely recipe! I fell in love with it when i visited Amsterdam by the first time and ivent been able to get my hands on it ever since.. ill try to make it myself with this recipe! My fav flavlours were cocoa nibs and coconut yummm!

Hey Saniya, thanks for your comment I really appreciate it! This is going to sound pretty generic unfortunately but never lose patience or motivation. It takes a lot of time to accomplish little things. Also, never be scared to fail this apply to life and especially baking since you can fail anytime and you should not feel bad or ashamed about it since it happens to people of all levels of professionalism. For your blog, I would say to stay authentic, add personal touches here and there and always accept criticism with open arms since it can only make you better and stronger.
