- With pride, we'd like to present to you the official theme song and music video of the 2019 30th Southeast Asian Games PH. Palanca award-winning writer and director Mr. Floy Quintos, composer and National Artist for music Mr. Ryan Cayabyab, with the angelic voice of Tony awardee and the pride of the Philippines, Ms. Lea Salonga -- all three extremely talented and internationally acclaimed artists come together to create the soundtrack for this year's SEA Games! #WeWinAsOne!
The way Lea sang the song felt like it was an OST from a Disney movie.

Before we have all these Korean Idols, and long before the likes of Charice Pempengco, it was Lea who made a historic win of first Tony Trophy for the region of Asia during the times when there's bigotry for Asians posed by racism in London and America. She conquered the biggest theater awards in both regions which made her a theater legend in her early twenties. Lea's world class talent has always been integral in transforming the Asian representation in global platforms, her phenomenal interpretation as Kim in Miss Saigon and her landing the role of Eponine in Les Miserables resulted to a tilt of perspective that there are characters who could be empowered, intelligent, and beautiful; and they doesn't necessarily always have to be caucasian, that Asians and other people of colors could be beautiful too, or sexy, or badass. I came here to understand the lyrics after watching the Openin Ceremony. Kuddos to the artists that sung during the opening ceremony but I hardly understood some of the lyrics. Lea's pronounciation and diction are so clear that I no longer need any subtitle or lyrics on the screen.
