Wow, ok this went up in price a lot since I bought it, but here's the link to the one I ordered: www.webstaurantstore.com/paragon-512096-replacement-gear-motor-for-popcorn-poppers-120v/380512096.html
Hey! I found your video super interesting! I'm currently looking into buying a new motor for my own machine. Can't seem to find it. Could you help me out? What is the motor brand and specs? Thanks a lot!
Here's the one I got: Paragon 512096 Replacement Gear Motor for Popcorn Poppers - 120V (380512096) from www.webstaurantstore.com/ You may want to look elsewhere. As you can see in the video, I ran into some minor issues with clearance. The other thing was the new motor turns CW instead of CCW, which isn't a huge deal, but I did have to make sure the parts were screwed together tightly so it wouldn't unscrew accidentally. You may want to shop around and make sure the replacement one you get jives with your machine as I learned they aren't all perfectly universal. Another company that sells similar motors: www.multiproducts.com/ac-gear-motors/model-9000 Good luck with your search!
Ranjeet, sorry I really don't know the price of this one, because it was given to me used. I do think any that are mid or commercial grade are a bit more expensive (I'm guessing start at least $1000). There are consumer grade models for much less, but they have small kettles and are not designed for heavy use.
Where did you find the motor??
