What's your image file extension?

PNG has transparency. When you are importing them in a compositing software like Adobe after effects or etc. You need to disable transparency. E.g. in after effects on importing image sequence check the ignore option (in interpolation) and clouds will come perfectly.
Second option render jpeg.
