Put a pinch of sugar in the mash potatoes and mash them with the skin on then add your recipe of herbs milk butter blackpepper salt and grated garlic . YUM !

Looks good a little tip (mash potato ) boil your potatoes with the garlic and add a little mayo when mixing OK
