Stabat Mater Dolorosa from the same Retrospect show. It is Floor and Simone singing a 13th century latin hymn backed by. The orchestra, quite stunning.
Sancta Terra was written by Simone and is actually about a suicide bomber who thinks his actions will take him to Heaven but, instead, he ends up in Hell.

This time Floor was a guest with Simone. A year later Simone was a guest with Floor and her band Revamp, They did a great song together: Sweet curse.

That was actually in 2010, a few years earlier when Floor still had her band Revamp. Retrospect was in 2013. Tere were already earlier occasions where Floor sang Sancat Terra with Epica. BTW there is a cute video on Floor and Simone rehersing Sweet Curse at home, the day before they performed it in public:

Always bet on the Red AND the Black - Simone and Floor! Can't lose!.... that drummer is Arien Van Weesenbeek - hitting things since he was three years old. He found his Dad's drum-kit before he wrecked their furniture! Of course you're hooked! SO GOOD!

Actually Simone and Floor got songs they sing both, on some Ayreon albums, Arjen Lucassen(Ayreon) use singers from around the world for hes albums, and on some Floor and Simone is used.. my favoritte might be one called the dream disolves from the album called the source, but i think there is no video for it, exept the studio track, but its a really great song..
There is also one more song from the concert here, called Stabat mater dolorosa..

Just keep going with Epica! I have already commented on a previous Epica video to give a bunch of song recommendations, so I won't namedrop any songs here now.
BTW, there are also less prominent bands in Symphonic Metal that are also very good. I recommend the relatively new and unknown band from Denmark (with singer from Slovakia) called _Memoir Sonata_ -- look for the three live videos they have on their own RUclips channel, "Enigma", "Lawrence of Arabia" and "Pneumonic Plague". They are very good.

This was a beautiful performance from Floor and Simone but the best is their performances of Stabat Mater Dolorosa later on from the same show, it’s nothing short of sensational - the audience of metalheads were silent until the end, a testament to their performance!

As Floor and Simone are very close friends, yes, they do perform one or two more songs together.
Unfortunately, I don't think they're anything like this. In fact there is one that I know is more of a classical song and not heavy at all.
If you saw the video I sent you.... Floor singing "O Mio Babbino Caro", it is more in that style.
But I knew you were going to love this and I'm glad you enjoyed it.

floor destroyed this song (Sancta Terra) and also destroyed song Stabat mater dolorosa. Simone as you said as her friend tried to help to floor (small letters). Also as Tarja tried to help marko (small letters) to his solo carrier. "sunny finland" people are supporters of their nw (small letters) not any one else, except some fanatics from others countries.

I agree. But you know, everytime that someone react to Epica, mostly Nightwish's fans suggests this song and the other (check the comments) just for Floor. At this point i think they don't know other songs from Epica. 😅
@Metalomano86 I agree. Most people who request this song, not everyone, but most who do only do it because Floor's in it. She has a good voice but this is a Epica song. It shouldn't be just about Floor.

I think the only reason to dislike it is if you don't like Nightwish fans suggesting it over other Epica songs which is fine, I do agree there are better songs to react to but that doesn't make this bad, only a little overplayed
