Would you say your course is applicable to us down here in USA? I suppose the techniques are the same though your numbers are a bit different than they are in USA. Firstly, the typical agent deal in USA is 5-6% commission on a sale, split between the two sides. An agent could have to pay their broker anywhere from 20-50% of the commission. Thus 600000 X .06 = 36000 / 2 = 18000 X .7 (30% to broker/70% to agent) = 12600 for the agent. Also, there are VERY few agents that are doing 50 deals per year. Studies show that around 10% of the agents in USA do about 90% of the deals. Your numbers at 5:19 suggest an income of $60000 by doing 120 videos. Certainly possible though I question if 4 agents will provide so much volume. Finally, real estate agents are notoriously cheap when it comes to marketing. $500 seems pretty high. Thoughts?
Thanks for the comments. There are definitely some differences with the percentages depending on the area. I was just trying to simplify some averages to convey the point that RE agents don't make lots of money even though they are selling expensive properties. Marketing budgets are still tight. This course would definitely be a good fit for you. I've designed it so all elements and techniques will apply no matter where you are based. Let me know if you have any other questions.
