I travelled to President Plaza in Richmond to try regional Chinese food. Watch me react to Pork Hock Rice. This food court counter is framed by menu posters written entirely in Chinese characters and specialized in the cuisine of Wuhan in Central China. The crunchy pickles and tender pork hock were delicious. This stall also specializes in Hot Dry Noodles (Re Gan Mian, 热干面)
