Whilst I agree with your list I would put spine health and flexibility at the top, especially of the neck and with the current use of mobile devices leading to neck forward problems which can impact the vagus nerve, the regulator of all organs and tissue, many of todays IT population may reach an old age but not in good health. So Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi are exercises I would put ahead of HIIT which is best achieved by fast and slow walking or static cycling. Exercises to produce a strong core that can be achieved through breathing are also important. Next on my list is mitochondrial numbers, health and function which is a subject in itself. Then control of stress through mindfulness, meditation and having a cat or dog. Then an active brain by learning a new skill like playing an instrument or language. .Finally our live span maybe determined for us by our grand parents with evidence from studies in Sweden that those who went through a period of famine when they were 8 years old lived to be octogenarians and passed the trait down the generations via epigenetics just as those who were obese pass the same trait leading to early death from heart disease.

a bit more differentiated: proeins like eggs and meat can be fried to light brownish. but strictly avoid frying of any starch. And of course using only saturated fat for it, never use any vegetable\seed oil.

you can not cure the average addict with disgust. I humans, addiction will always win. Instead, use the central weakness of the brain: imagination. At some point, the brain can not distinguish between a strongly imagined timulus and a real one. This of course needs some training.

He had cancer, he got pneumonia because he smoked on the balcony in the winter and they infected him with covid in the hospital. My mother even started to cut down on cigarettes for a week or two, but then she went back to full time again.

on topic of healthy gut. Ive been drinking a lot of kombucha and i really havnt noticed anything different.. What am i supposed to be noticing?
