My Apache RTR 160 4v after 4 years and 34k kms.. never changed any wires/cables just regular maintenance was enough so far..but i feel now the power/pickup is gone.. tried new engine oil, Change of chain sprocket and tyres, spark plug, battery, air filter all changed..still same issue with pickup. Suggest me how can i get the pickup back to normal.
@@RPVLOGS I just noticed that clutch lever on top of engine is coming a bit outside when ever i pull the lever.. not sure of this behavior. But I'll get it checked thanks alot
@@siddheshsherkar605 Haha sorry bro, I can't..its my first bike which i got after hard struggle for 2 years and with my mom's contribution too. So I'd like to have it with me no matter what 😊.
Bro there will be another extension for your front mudguard Maybe it may have fallen off while riding Go to some local accessories shop and ask them to screw in a universal mudflap, choose a longer one though You will thank me later
Nope you dont need to change the Brake pads and Clutch wire at 8000kms 13k KM's done and still my Brake Pads have good life left. Clutch is still smooth. What you need is try to change your riding style
@@RPVLOGS i have ridden mostly in traffic as well. And please note this is my 4th motorcycle. I live in Delhi NCR where Delhi-Gurgaon traffic is one of the peak in the World. Now coming to your point its not about traffic. Its about how you use the Clutch. Timely Clutch adjustment is important factor for the life of clutch wire. I have adjusted the clutch cable 3 times in 13k KM's and still it feels light and new. Try to record your clutch usage in a video and ask any mechanic or expert if you are using clutch in correct manner or not.
I have never broken a clutch cable in life and I own all vintage motorcycles with no slipper clutch pr fancy things and ride them in Bangalore peak hour traffic so yes focus on your skill 😊
Not Rambo synthetic
It's brembo sintered, same brake are used in himalayan 450, duke 390 Aprilia 457
@@TumBhosdiwale this is new, thanks for sharing that Aprillia is also using the Same size brake pads
Brother one advice, you should speak clearly and if you're not fluent in English then it's okay, we are Indians and Hindi would be respected.
Totally right 👍
Your English is ok. It's just that you are not aware of some names of issues.
Rambo synthetic. Sure. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

duke 390 bs6 front break pads are same as trimph speed 400 , cost 400 rs.......buy from KTM original spares and replace with local mechanical
Nice suggestion will buy it from them
@@RPVLOGS 👍
No brother synthetic brake pads will always cost more... You will never get synthetic brake pads for rs400
I@@emadkhan4157 it's Sintered Break pad not Synthetic
You could have opted for organic front brake pads like Scrambler400 X, it is like 2500 less then the Brembos.
Change the grab rails to scrambler 400x looks dope from back
Should I go for creamic coating or ppf?
Both are good
How is the new brake pads?
Are they same as duke 390?
Is the abs working well?
It's perfect and works great
How is the engine heat and vibration now?
It has been reduced a lot, after the service and proper deasel wash.
Will insurance cover the clutch issue??
No it comes in wear and Tear part
Yes, yes. Insurance will cover the clutch and brake issue also, along with the engine oil issue. Meet your insurance agent immediately.

Thanks for the suggestions, will do it.
dont follow the company guidance of changing engine oil at 16k km, must change in every 3k kilometers
If using fully synthetic engine oil then 5000/6000 kms oil change interval is good.
Why company say 16,000 km service what is the reason?
