  • Hi guys! Today's video is a little walkthrough of what one of my leg day workouts looks like. I start with stretching, then I do glute activation. After, I go right into the workout.     I love this!!! Ima definitely try RDL this way bc I’m doing something wrong.

      Thank you! It helps so so much! But my friend told me that you should focus (when doing regular RDLS) on squeezing your shoulder blades together, stomach in, chest up and that should help if it feels uncomf & it helped me a lot 💓
