Dad is a poetic psychopath! And I love the language style in this. I love how the apples keep falling over on the counter. Great composition all round! A lot of comedic creativity here
I , following my Mum’s unspoken example, decided that I had done my bit and it was up to my kids to make their own decisions in life, good or bad, who’s to say. I decided that my place was to be the safety net. No judgment, no saying ‘well that was not the best move”. You have to be able to let go. My Mum’s super power was always to let me decide what I would do, and I did. Were they the right decisions….who’s to say? But they were mine, I had to own them, no finger pointing. Mum, you were absolutely right. ❤
This should be a pilot for a tv show like breaking bad. His family, his honor, his inner feelings and that last bit of him savoring the slow destroying of the exclamation point. To see that all unfold... It would be amazing to see 5 seasons, a spin off series and a movie about that.
He's an unreliable narrator, though. More than likely, the kid didn't grab the daughter. It was all in the father's head and part of his returning psychosis.
Um, he's an unreliable narrator, though. We get hints of his true personality through the surroundings and even his own words on occasion. He was institutionalized previously, and is dangerous. Not someone to idolize.
12:05 easy solution: Have the dad take the daughter for a walk and show her the graffiti and ask her if THATS how she wants to be thought of. Just an object that gets scribbled about on walls. If not she needs to learn how to say ‘no’. As for the guy, tell him not to come around anymore or get arrested.
He got arrested for taking off the exclamation point for the store’s sign. It is also probably because of the talk he had with his daughter’s boyfriend. A lot of it is in the dialogue in the father’s head.
video, shares great things, but this one, clearly something is off!!!, i am missing my baby girl...... she is so upset that is thinking i have a another girl...
You know, I’m very concerned that they put this on comedy, but people don’t realize this is NOT comedy.....Wtf Omeleto..... BTW nice movie/show/video 👍🏻

As a father having been through all this, it breaks your heart and twists the mind,. how dare your little princess grows up. Great story and acting

My Asian parents would never let me talk the way she does to her parents
Most parents, asian or not, wouldnt tolerate that.
No one will ever do that to their parent. It's not abt tolerance but it's abt respect.
No respectable parent would.
yeah she wasn’t a very likeable character.. reminded me of the spoiled brat from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
@@whimbrellaThe blue berry girl or the trash girl?

Breaking dad
Breaking Dad instead though 😂
No. Not everything needs to be more than what it already is. Let some stories be what they are and appreciate them for what they are.
This was a real treat of a film!!!!
So good. The Dad was brilliant
5:55 grab my daughter like that in front of me he better know how to fight...
He's an unreliable narrator, though. More than likely, the kid didn't grab the daughter. It was all in the father's head and part of his returning psychosis.
I'm sure have by now...but you should pitch this to HBO as a series.
This was delightfully refreshing.
Amazing father
Forcing someone who's just not that into you to be in a relationship is a recipe for disaster. After what he did, I would never!
Jai Baba
The father was just adorable.
Thank God he was living not walking dead like his disconnected wife.
Modern day hero.
Congrats dad.
Way to go.

Love this!
Oh my god...This was SO good. Seriously good...
Very underrated
Aw that was....cute? Idk if that’s the right word. I’m gonna call my dad
The daughter drives me up the wall as well. The poor dad is trying his best
The "poor" dad was an utter creep obsessed with his daughter.
Great story....
song: i’m with you - grouplove
The father looks like Charlie Chaplin.
@Fraulein Dresden Really? in 2020 you come out with this type of nonsense?
Oh yah from mr mcgoriams wonder emporium
No one makes a movie like the Irish makes a movie 💙☘️💙☘️💙
He reminds me of Charlie Chaplin.
He kinda reminds me of Jon Stewart lol
Concerned dad. Neglectful mother. Mannerless girl. And sc-m bf for that graffiti and touching his head.
Great movie! Great to see him manning up in the end
I dont understand the ending..?
So it’s only words that start with R that they can’t pronounce, if it was all R’s should would not be able to say tribute 😂😂
The funny thing is I am a Type 1 Diabetic
hahahaha
probably with ED. and she does magic on him and cures him like a queen😂😂😂😂😂
I didn't understand what that had to do with anything.
@@abraxasjinx5207 it's been 4 years and I don't even remember either
This stuff is better then eastenders
I'm confused? What happened at the end there?

I agree, it sucks that he was arrested...
Idk man this was pretty great, don’t get why people didn’t really like it
Probably because it's not a comedy
When Aiden and the Dad were in the store, why were their pupils vastly different in size?
He sniffed some wallpaper glue
Im going to go out on a limb and guess one was standing with their eyes facing the lights and the other was facing AWAY from them?
The father looks like older Aiden Gallagher

You use your diabetes to get out of problems?

This was funny, so how is it not comedy? It’s not called a sense of humor for nothing. Not everyone has every sense
Not everyone finds the same things comedic.
The only epic part was the *pew*pew*
Bleh
Omeleto viewers often wish the short films were longer. I really wish this one was shorter.
In my religion men and women can’t touch until they’re married. Avoids a lot of problems
I made that my religion.

Also creates lots of other problems.
But *they often do don't they?
In my teens i really wanted to get married some day, have beautiful kids.
Now I am in my 30's and have totally given up the dream.
I just can't deal with women, just can't.
You have the right perspective now. Sorry reality is harsh, but one can be even lonely when they are married than when they are single.
is it the emotional aspect of women you find too difficult to deal with?
Out of sequence. No logic
The dad was a total creep.
No not really, all it was was genuine concern for his daughter and it's just displaying how some people take it too far.
Jai Baba
The daughter and her sick boyfriend were the total creeps.
Father being obsessed with his daughter is utterly creepy.
I thought this was a comedy
