I'm sure about that this is the name of a group, I have read about that and have two more tracks by them. Azia Osh Tobu = Azia Osh Group. There are for example Azia Batken Group too, to separate the Azia's from each other. Batken is another Kyrgyz town. I know that it's a girl group, but have no pictures, release information, year, etc.
