Hey everyone! I'm excited to try out this new style of content. Please be kind to Anabelle, this was a big thing for her to share her story like this. Let's give Anabelle some props for being vulnerable!

"Learning your emotions and what they mean is a powerful tool." - Anabelle
Yes yes yes! I'm still learning my emotions and why I get happy/sad/upset/excited etc over some of the things I do or say, what people do or say to me, etc. Its been helpful so far: to just self analyse more which is helping with self improvement by doing it because of self love.
P.s. shes 27 looking like she's 17....just DM where the fountain of youth is at. I won't tell.

A family member has Bipolar Type 2. Anabelle describes it to a T and has put everything I've experienced with this person into words. I thought no one else would understand this journey and far less be able to describe it better than I could. Thank you so so much, this has really helped me tremendously.

It’s hard to find real people talking about bipolar and their experiences. My own bipolar diagnosis came after experiencing a pretty rough psychosis, nothing like that had ever happened to me before. After it all, I looked hard for videos like this to help me work through it. So thanks, this is dope.

Thank you Anabelle for sharing your experience :) even though you said you were nervous, you spoke so well. I feel like bipolar disorder is so often misconstrued/demonised in media, not to mention the way society has turned it into some kind of negative adjective (e.g. "She's like SO bipolar"). It's incredibly important to hear real stories from those who are actually living with mental health disorders. I'm so glad that you feel you've reached a stage where you can live comfortably/safely with your bipolar disorder. Also, that pill box you made is absolutely gorgeous!
Side note: oh my god I ate loads of bananas when I was around 16 because I read they were good for serotonin regulation too 💀

    good evening!
so, glad to see you both! :)
so my thoughts or maybe question(s), goes to Anabelle...
funny thing is, in Sweden we often, when getting diagnosed have to ask if we have a certain diagnosis. so when they diagnose you it's either "yes/no", you have "xyc" or not.
    how did they diagnose you?!
I'm wondering because I feel like bipolar II is kinda close to how I feel I am acting.
I'm saying acting because it can sometimes be hard for me to determine what I feel.
    could possibly be my childhood.
    my diagnosis.
addictions/fear of what I may feel.
I have been taught to RUN if I feel something not so pleasant (from my mother). maybe that is also one of my issues.
