Really loved your video Susie. And your other videos as well. They are authentic, practical, and inspiring. You are not only teaching English but also sharing the real life experiences with all of us, which is super amazing. Kudos to you. 🎉🎉
This is one of your best videos I've ever watched! Your humour made it more real and enjoyable. Please do more of this kind of videos to allow us dive in deep into the cultural diversity of the UK and London :)
The FX hedging may sound a bit complicated in the begining, but its only aim is to limit the risk of loss when the exchange rate becomes highly unfavourable to the underlying foreign exchange transaction you need to settle later. Hope that this does not further confuse you.😁
Loved it. Really interesting, blending in English teaching and promoting for a startup bank, great idea. Agree with one of your comments that cultures here are more relaxed and social compare to banking office environments in Hong Kong. Great video
I really like this video very much. Especially, you have interviewed a lot of people who are in different countries and committing the different types of posts.
Great episode. Surprised to know even a bank with “culture day”, reminding me decade ago when doing international volunteering;,culture nights was the regular event for campers from different cultures to get to know each other. It traces back a century ago after WWI, someone called Pierre from Switzerland, paid German youth to rebuild damaged France city after the war torn. It sounds ridiculous that the nations just destroyed each other, someone paid the youth to rebuild each other. Time flies.
Thank you for this bank introduction video, because I am currently studying for a master's degree in data science and artificial intelligence at the University of Liverpool. I will graduate on September 20th and will work hard to do related work in the banking industry. Thank you for giving me more knowledge about banking work. And thank you for sharing British stories for so long. Many years ago, I wanted to change my career and work abroad. During this period, I decided to study in the UK, prepare for IELTS, etc., and your videos were my encouragement and support for learning English, British culture, etc. Thank you very much for sharing.
There are thousands of ways to show politeness. The one you picked was one of them. It had its fair share of indirectness and politeness, if anything a bit too formal.
. Not what I expected (expected to see you work as a teller or assistant branch manager, dealing with customers on some banky stuff😅), *but still good... 'coz you're cute* 🤗
Crikey you’re the best 😂😂

ifast is really a hard working company.

Amazing that Susie is now also gradually Hongkongized apart from being Taiwanized.
I enjoyed this video to introduce a start-up bank "iFAST". Thank you, Susie
HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank are from Hong Kong, you should go to their office and do some interviews too 😅

It's providing a broader angle for me as a banking employee in Hong Kong with immigration ambitions

Thank you Sussie. I have ifast account but not yet deposit so far. I’ll transfer my money and transfer my money form Hong Kong to ifast now.
