You probably got the influencer box because mine was not wrap like this. I literally have to fight that thing to stay/stick together. I am soon disappointed. I will be returning mine.
No, I bought this myself from Amazon, no one gave it to us. Maybe you got one that someone returned? I’ve seen that happening before. You could try to exchange it and see if the next one comes packed right.

Same problem and I just bought it. It extended when I first opened it then I put it away and going to use it now and it won’t extend. Any tips? EDIT: I JUST GOT IT! I was trying to extend it without the brush attached. I screwed on the main brush and then made sure the twist was set to “on” then I pulled with all my might and it came out. Finally! lol some lube might help too but that might make it too slippery. I’d rather it be a bit difficult to extend vs it doesn’t stay in place.
what's stupid is that it's missing the larger backing plate for the larger pads. if you use lysol toilet bowl cleaning on the grout, let it sit a few minutes and then use the brush it'll come out new.
Well the way you're doing the back and forth motion you could have a scrubber in your hand and being doing the same thing lol I don't get what the big deal is about these things it doesn't look like it makes things any easier
That looks like it was supposed to be black grout…. You are technically not supposed to use toilet bowl cleaner like the one guy suggested because it can eat sealer off tiles…. If you use something that eats sealer you need to reseal it.

How do you change scrubber??

What is the battery life on this cleaner? How long have you been using it now? I’ve heard that the battery needs to be replaced after 9-12 months.

You have to open that small black rubber by the handle next to the green lights and there is where you can charge it. She just touched it.

It's not black grout, it's just that dirty. And yes, with marble this is true so now we use regular dish soap and hot water.
