I didn't complete my order either and it was placed. They refused to refund it as it had already been processed but told me to return after I receive it costing me the shipping and handling. The company is a scam and the product is terrible quality. It broke down after I used it for a dish a handful of times.
I bought Synoshi on the idea that it will scrub away the soap scums on my shower door that has been built up over the years.. It did not work. It only removes new stains which I can just wipe it off with my hands. So for me, it did not work as advertised. Going back to the old fashion way, scrubbing. I am giving it 2 stars.

I purchased the Synoshi with scepatism, and boy, was I surprised ! I received mine really quick, and it really does work! I am a single "older" lady that hates cleaning but lives my stuff spotless. This really solved my issue. I wish they did have a pad for buffing my car. That is my only issue. Otherwise, get it!! You won't be sorry!
Be careful, these are unscrupulous manufacturers and sellers! I bought their "device" on the official manufacturer's website. The brushes fell apart after a day. The seller on the website said that the brushes are not part of the device and they will not replace them. Instead of compensation, I received an offer to buy new brushes. Horrible!
I let the unit do the work and did NOT apply much pressure. Not much power even on the 2nd speed. I set the unit down and when I picked it up the brush attachment fell apart. I don’t know if it was cracked during manufacturing, but I would not recommend purchasing this device.
