    Thanks for the recap Cam, my interval sessions since we recorded have been going well, and I'm now doing my easy long rides easier, and my hard interval hard. Seeing progress already :)

    Awesome Chat Guys. I had Chronic Fatigue and a change in Diet played a big part of the recovery. Keep up the great content.

    I have Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia, always appreciate hearing from athletes who have had to work with these limitations.

      Just keep learning about how the body works is my advice - and if you want to catch up with what I've learnt I'm available :)

      @@roadcyclingacademy I am a power meter user myself. But I got overtrained despite using a power meter. Personal feeling and heart rate (in endurance training) should be taken more into account. At least it helped me to maintain and progress fitness.
      In future we will probably have an new tool to monitor training by measuring muscle oxygen (see moxy). First impressions look quite promising.

      @@tomalbert3299 and respiration is also going to be measured closely in the future, may be more useful than heart rate at times, and yes muscle oxygen tracking will be great too.
