Sounds good, still a bit loud for me personally. My G has OEM cats and 2.5" custom all the way back. I have a borla X flow (no y pipe) and no resonators back into two Magnaflow straight through mufflers (like bigger resonators.) Makes for a perfect balance on a daily driver
I bought these same ones and I’ve had them for about 5 months and to me it makes the car sound so good. Baby gtr shit. Never have a heard a g37 sound so good
i did my qx50 with 2.5 piping all the way through with x pipe 2 vibrant res and muff delete 4 in tips , this is the ideal setup for sure for price and what you get sounds nasty !

Y-pipe you're exhaust from the catalytic converter back into the flowmaster single end double out use survivor resonators that you have right now and you can leave the back straight pipe or add two more private resonators back there this will make your ass sound like a beast it sounds good now but this will make it sound even better.
i cut my mufflers off and replaced them with vibrant resonators, i still have the stock exhaust system besides that, no res delete, no cat delete. but my y pipe cracked and i’m tryna find the best one for a g37x sedan, can only find coupe and sedan RWD stuff, also tryna figure out since i read online that the stock g exhaust system restricts the car from really gaining any power with a tune they recommend buying a full exhaust, but i’m not sure if there’s a difference between the stock resonators and some aftermarket ones, do you know if there’s a difference? if there’s no difference i just plan on getting test pipes and any performance y pipe that will fit my car, and possibly resonators if needed.

I’m not too sure if they make more power. But I had a resonator delete and lost some power for sure and when I put the vibrant resonators I felt my power come back or it could be more I’m not too sure tho.

I wouldn’t recommend cutting the resonator and not replacing it because you will lose power. I’m not sure of your gain power with a vibrant resonator, but it sounds really good.

I tired all the tricks like turning your car from on to off 3 times, but nothing has worked. I bought the Airbag 360 Seat Emulator for my 07 G35x as my airbag light kept flashing. Plugged it in under the seat and worked like a charm, bypasses the common passenger seat sensor which goes bad. Saved 5K. Only drawback is having to plug in the passenger side seat belt when driving alone to make the seatbelt light go away as it thinks someone is always sitting there.
Question bro, so I got a 2015 Q40 , 97,000 miles with some mods. I saw a 2017 3.0t 45,000 miles and $34,000 dollars. They want me trade in my car & a 2,000 down & $500 monthly payment for the 2017. But idk if it’s worth it cuz I only pay 200 a month for my Q40 & I ont know if it’s worth the payments bruh… plus they don’t offer me warranty unless I pay $600 a month lol.
If I was you I’ll keep the q40 bro it’s more reliable than the 3.0t I want a red sport but those years is bad. Your gonna have a lot of problems with that car. I think the 2020 models are better but there expensive. If you only pay 200 I’ll keep that, more money in your pocket 💯💯

I’ve been hearing about an update because my transmission shifts sluggish at times too. I’m going to look into that. I wouldn’t recommend flushing it unless it’s been getting flushes, I would do a simple drain and fill.
