I disagree, perhaps you don't know History of India. the statement was because West Bengal was governed by communist government for most of the decades, and Business, entrepreneurship and capitalism were discouraged, and that sentiment still exists. That has caused severe economic issues in the state. For someone to be a Entrepreneur in Bengal is tougher because the society is not used to it. It's great to see that changing.

The way this pitcher was answering the questions, this was the main reason he didn't got any deal despite his business being good, even the sharks didn't ask about future sale and all. Just an average bengali guy, with his bag full of overconfidence, being overconfident in every topic. Most of the big businessmen are outsiders in kolkata. But one thing he said exactly correct about bengal that maximum young bengalis are becoming just job seeker. They just want a mind free relaxing 9 to 5 job with high salary and they feel like this is success. Because if you meet a young bengali salaried person he will make you look like with his relaxing lifestyle and overconfidence they got top tier success and there is nothing left to achieve in life. But again, not everyone is same, pachta angul same hoyna. But most teenagers are same here. Me saying as a bengali from kolkata.
The main attribute of an entrepreneur is listening ability, remaining silent on feedback if it is right, talk to the point. He has none of them. He only talks rubbish

Exactly bro.I used to visit after watching this episode in their kalighat outlet.That was my worst experience.We were 18-20 persons,they took 2hrs to deliver the food.In between this,there were no customer visited.They don't have washroom in their restaurant.Their kitchen and bathroom were in the same place and both were open😂even in the wash basin we washed our hand from a bottle beside the basin😢
