I've been doing my edges that way for a long time now and your right, you don't want to stop 😄 It's so much fun to do. I've done it with all different colors of mirror, aurora and holographic powders. It's so pretty 😍
Yet again a wonderful tutorial, and wow does it look good! You must save people like me hundreds of pounds, plus hours of work and masses of muck-ups filling the rubbish bin. Many thanks for sharing.
Thank you Linny, I’m glad I’m saving you money because my purse seems to have sprung a leak! It would help if I could just stick to one thing - but that’s never gonna happen!
What a fab idea Louise. I am definitely going to try this on my geodes and if I video it, I'll quote you 🥰 thanks for your time in creating your content 🌺
I have been buying All the supplies I will need and have yet to do my first resin creation... I am Beyond excited to learn this technique-!! Thank you :) I too will have a RUclips channel one day and can only hope I can be as informative with my creations to help others as you have been. Keep up the Great work-!!
Oh that's so lovely, thank you. I think it's because I taught young children for 18 years so I have to think about possible questions or problems as I go along. The trouble is that I worry if I'm talking to my viewers like they are 7 years old lol.
@@LouiseSingletonCreations I too was a teacher of sort and I find speaking that way is actually a good thing.. people can't take offense because it's a kind way of speaking.. now some can find Anything to complain about, but I think your great :)
@@LouiseSingletonCreations I can't believe I'm the first, think others were so carried away by the technique. Don't mean to be a bother but you R creative :)
Louise, once again you amaze me. This is the coolest idea to use on coaster edges and any edge. Thanks again. By the way I have been using the bubble technique nonstop. It is very addicting.😉😊✨
I have those same molds and all the nail accessories.....I bet holograghic powders would look pretty cool too.......Thanks for the tips.....I'm gonna try this out.....:)
lOUISE, i Just found you. You art is amazing, I can,t wait to try the mirror-like gold edges. I would like to see a video on how you made the first Pots, Thank you. i will be following your art.
What a nice way to finish your pieces! It really takes them up another level, and is quick & fun. Thank you for the video! And of course, I subscribed- I can’t wait for the next one 🤗
Great video. You can do this with epoxy resin too, best to use it when it's a bit thicker so it doesn't drip over the edges. It'll just take longer to cure x
I’m impressed! I’d like to use this on my coaster edges. Will the lamp work if they’re propped up on something so that the top is facing up and the finish is on the sides?
Thank you. Yes you can do coaster edges but it would be done slightly differently. I tried it but didn’t have such great success. I used my gloved finger to ‘paint’ a very thin coat onto the edges. That way you don’t get any drips or brush strokes.
Thank you. I think the mirror powders that you get for nails are actually just mica powders and should just mix into resin. I just find that I get a better effect if I smooth it on the top of the tacky resin. The other thing with uv resin is that unless you are working under artificial light you have a very short working time , therefore I don’t mix colours in, I just slap it on as quickly as possible :)
Wow! Stunning works Miss Louise! 💕💕💕
Another great video, thank you for so generously sharing your talents and ideas. And, yes please another video on how to make the pots would be great!

This is a great video! What Uv resin do you use?
Thank you. I like the DecorRom hard resin from Amazon
Do you have to use the uv resin to put the powder on? Or can you just put the powder on your resin?
Yes the uv resin is tacky and that is how the powder sticks to it. There may be something else you could apply but I don’t know what x
@@LouiseSingletonCreations thank you. X
What a great idea. Can you actually mix these powders into your resin or has it to be the mica powder?
Thank you. I think the mirror powders that you get for nails are actually just mica powders and should just mix into resin. Ps, you could use a brush on varnish to seal, rather than UV resin x
Thank you, indeed you could, good idea.
