Omg I feel like sharing now - don’t care who wants to read😂 I’ve been feeling massively challenged since october. So this info is really helpful. I’ve been feeling uneasy and sick without ‘actually’ being sick; I’ve purged SO MUCH. And there is still more. I had almost no energy to be around people or do ‘normal’ stuff. I feel very called to meditate & do yoga and just surrender a lot, then a wave of emotions comes up, be with it, feel it, peace again, and repeat. I’m feeling so exhausted. Last week I went for a walk in the forest. I do this almost daily, but something unusual happened this time: I was feeling a bit foggy and had a hard time staying present. And at a certain point, I stopped, stood there, and just said “please help me heal”. My plea wasn’t directed at anyone in particular. I was more aiming towards Source in general. But THE TREES ANSWERED!! They sent white energy my way, and I could feel it being directed towards my heart chakra. I could feel it being enveloped in bright green energy. Since then I get weird feelings in my chest, like a stumbling of the heart, but more in the middle of the chest. Then I also got a message from one tree directly, lovingly telling me to stand tall - just like them… I am feeling massively asked to plain TRUST. Trust that everything happens as it should. That all is ok. Nothing needs to be done. And if there is something to be done, I will do it. No worries. I’m also seeing the need to allow myself help and guidance from those who are further than me in their own process and healing. Apparently I think I have to do it all alone.. Also I realised more deeply than ever before that it does not matter what I do, where I am or what the circumstances of my life are - what counts is my inner peace, whether I feel centered and calm, loving and present or not. And I am committing myself more deeply to this now. I want to be free. OMG! I am highly intuitive, highly sensitive empath. I have recently experienced the awareness of the presence of a young woman who passed to the next world about a year ago. She's the daughter of a friend and neighbor. I admire her and her family very much. She wanted me to assure her that her mother loved her, and she went away happy. This has never happened to me before.
Wonder is definitely stronger when faced with terminal illness, I was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and since that day I find wonder every day especially in the simple daily time spent in nature. Life truly is a beautiful thing. Just for the record I am going to beat this . ☮💚
All this month when certain songs have played from my laptop in my bedroom, the light bulb in my nightstand lamp will flicker once or twice. The bulb can be on for five minutes or two hours. No matter. It never flickers if music isn't playing. The songs are tied to those who've passed over, so it's been special.
I have a bestie guy friend who yesterday I asked to see and feel me finishing a project for my business, I had some self-doubt about my skill set not being up to par! He gave me a pep talk and advice, which was kind however it did not land, bless him. However, I reasked for an energy vision and he said, "Okay sure". I sat and bam I could feel it hit my heart, my mind, and my soul. I asked him what he wanted and he shared, I visualized as he wished. My intuition expanded yesterday with what it was I really needed, wanted, and asked for! We grew in a new way of awakening our best selves
So thankful for Lee and everything he and his team(s) 😊 bring in. His grounded, so compassionate, sovereign (not enmeshed), wise and clear, warm and fun/funny comm style has helped me through 13 years of huge healing/growing pains 😅 🙏 And he is one of the few “spiritual” role models I look up to. Just discovered Lee. This message was timely for me. My mother and I had a conversation yesterday. She has been living with me for the last 5 years and we've had a few rough patches with our personalities. I was able to tell her what I've been learning from her and she shared what she has been learning from me. Both of us are living from our Higher Hearts these days and we are experiencing much more harmony from one another. Thank you for the insights.
I lost three of my best friends this year. This sent a dramatic change Within. One of them I spoke to on the Thursday she passed on Saturday i.e two days after. I am so thankful for the lessons I learned during my grieving process.
The "unusual experience" I had recently: when The Beatles' last song "Now And Then" came out on November 2, I listened to it a number of times that day, and cried every time; the next day they released the video and wow...I had to watch it time after time after time every day, and I cried so much. (I still watch it and cry.) A couple of weeks into this, and I go to the same coffee shop every Saturday and Sunday on my days off work and write for a few hours. I did my writing, and while there, needed to use the bathroom. The door was locked; I had to wait for the person to come out. Eventually the door opened, and out came a man who looked like I would imagine John might look at age 83. He had steel-gray hair tied back in a man-bun, round silver glasses, one of those pork-pie hats in black like John used to wear, a black leather bomber jacket and a black shirt underneath, slightly faded blue jeans, black boots, carrying a black briefcase. I was absolutely floored. Here was a fine representation of John Lennon, right here in Southern Oregon, walking past me. I tried to watch and see where he was going; I'd never seen him there before -- he wasn't a "regular." He was on his way out the door, and I had to use the restroom. I did my thing, and noticed, as I washed my hands and reached for the soap dispenser: someone had left a Japanese paper crane (the symbol for peace) on top of the soap dispenser. I kept that. Blew my mind. Absolutely blew my mind. I've been back a couple of weekends since then, and nope...he hasn't been back on a Saturday or a Sunday when I've been there. I'm still watching "Now And Then" every day.
I recently had the "thought" that I needed to daydream more. When you brought for the energy of WONDER it made me realize that is what I have been doing. So last night I had one of my children close her eyes and imagine her ideal place. A place she could go to anytime for comfort. She went into great detail about that place. It was fun and magical. I had a strange experience with a woman in a store on a day recently when I was quietly stressed over the gentleman that I'm a caregiver for service dog's surgery complications. I had been taking care of the dog and an elderly friend who is declining in health as well and feeling a little overwhelmed. I showed no outward signs of overwhelm or stress (I am always trying to spread love) yet this woman who worked as a greeter in the store came up to me as I was walking out the door and hugged me telling me thank you for all I do for others. I was blown away. I walked out to my car crying thanking the universe & my guides for sending someone that knew needed a hug. 🥰😇

Death, loss and shock are a theme I have been experiencing since November. I also had a dream three nights in a row, that woke me up only to find out a week later it was true. This whole theme has affected my health and I have sort help where I normally try doing things by myself. I am trying to sit with all these themes but it threatens my whole life and my sons stability....which makes me very very fearful.

Hi Lee and team really love hearing your monthly energy temperature's. I've been listening to you for a few years now and always take get alot out of these. This past years has felt like lots of endings; recently I left a job where I was not valued and their practices were unethical. I did speak with them then realised all that was happening was that I was unheard, I was becoming more and more triggered and eventually angry. After being told twice that nothing would change, I made the decision to leave (knowing that this would increase my financial instability). I also terminated a lodgers agreement as they were not respecting my home ( including personal space) and I felt bascially unsafe in my own home. Recurring themes in my life for as long as I can remember. So now it feels like all my external world as it has been is falling apart; my mental health is slowly beginning to settle. I know inside me that I can no longer live as I have inside or out.... and what that new is?.......I have no idea. Some days I can hang onto that there are new beginning coming, both inside and outside.......when I don't know. I am grateful for the outside support I am receiving. It's really vulnerable place to be yet I am here, striving for change and growth in the midst of it, trying to not force outcomes, or comparing myself to my externals.....and keep repeating to myself I am at my core I am worthy, deserving and I, today try to choose love over fear..............Sending Warmth ❤❤
A couple of these themes are spot on for me. Ive been travelling and i have literally been perplexed by the unexpected ways i have been receiving intuitive messages. I usually get songs or strong hunches and yet there i was driving around a foreign country with multiple hand written signs giving me the same message over and over again.... how funny. Then there was the fun of meeting so many strangers in a foreign country with a common message that i am beautiful and attractive and alluring. On the back of a 20+ year toxic relationship i had absolutely no idea i was attractive to anyone and i was shocked that people were interested in talking to me or trying to get closer to me. I assumed it was only related to coming to a place of divine neutrality or moving past my egoist self, but it seems clear to me now that there is an evolved energetic component to my present state as well.

I couldn’t understand why I was feeling SO connected and unable to switch off from the lost children of Gaza. Experiencing such duality in every moment. This morning before I listened to this podcast I felt a surge of an idea to gather like minded souls & meditate sending love into the quantum field and love into the collective. To start a visualisation process - be the architects of the future. I dismissed the idea as soon as it passed through but listening to this I understand now. I understand. Fear has definitely been the predominant “weather,” and it can be tough navigating this as an empath. Even if we’re not calibrating to it, seeing it rule others so completely can be hard. I have realized if I can’t verbally get through to people, prioritizing my own peace- will.

Constant greater clarity comes to me. Like having eye drops in dry eyes. I embrace the growth. I allow the change.

Absolutely, I resonate with 'the 'other realms' also death (souls suddenly departing) On my travels and the very first day of our arrival (daughter & I)at a holistic retreat, I meet and connect with two separate strangers. We continue to cross paths at mealtimes and are immediately drawn to eachother. Between us x4 women, an age spread of 3 generations and from different countries. Our conversations, like a reunion of former schoolchums. Even our astro signs - we each knew someone close carrying the Sun sign of one of us in the group. Another aspect of other realms that I resonate with is having a growing deeper connection with nature. I can lose myself staring at the beauty of a flower in bloom. Or I find that I can follow 'flow' of the sounds the wind or breeze through branches and leaves. Recently, I toured the mountains of Italian and Austrian tirol. The powerful presence of something majestic and more powerful than myself was immediately tangible yet, also felt like a comforting blanket around my shoulders as I stared at the mountain peaks in complete awe.❤

She has been living with me for the last 5 years and we've had a few rough patches with our personalities. I was able to tell her what I've been learning from her and she shared what she has been learning from me. Both of us are living from our Higher Hearts these days and we are experiencing much more harmony from one another. Thank you for the insights.

I lost three of my best friends this year. This sent a dramatic change Within. One of them I spoke to on the Thursday she passed on Saturday i.e two days after. I am so thankful for the lessons I learned during my grieving process.
The "unusual experience" I had recently: when The Beatles' last song "Now And Then" came out on November 2, I listened to it a number of times that day, and cried every time; the next day they released the video and wow...I had to watch it time after time after time every day, and I cried so much. (I still watch it and cry.)
A couple of weeks into this, and I go to the same coffee shop every Saturday and Sunday on my days off work and write for a few hours. I did my writing, and while there, needed to use the bathroom. The door was locked; I had to wait for the person to come out. Eventually the door opened, and out came a man who looked like I would imagine John might look at age 83. He had steel-gray hair tied back in a man-bun, round silver glasses, one of those pork-pie hats in black like John used to wear, a black leather bomber jacket and a black shirt underneath, slightly faded blue jeans, black boots, carrying a black briefcase. I was absolutely floored. Here was a fine representation of John Lennon, right here in Southern Oregon, walking past me. I tried to watch and see where he was going; I'd never seen him there before -- he wasn't a "regular." He was on his way out the door, and I had to use the restroom.
I did my thing, and noticed, as I washed my hands and reached for the soap dispenser: someone had left a Japanese paper crane (the symbol for peace) on top of the soap dispenser. I kept that.
Blew my mind. Absolutely blew my mind.
I've been back a couple of weekends since then, and nope...he hasn't been back on a Saturday or a Sunday when I've been there.
I'm still watching "Now And Then" every day.
I recently had the "thought" that I needed to daydream more. When you brought for the energy of WONDER it made me realize that is what I have been doing. So last night I had one of my children close her eyes and imagine her ideal place. A place she could go to anytime for comfort. She went into great detail about that place. It was fun and magical. Sending much love and light to everyone!

I had a strange experience with a woman in a store on a day recently when I was quietly stressed over the gentleman that I'm a caregiver for service dog's surgery complications. I had been taking care of the dog and an elderly friend who is declining in health as well and feeling a little overwhelmed. I showed no outward signs of overwhelm or stress (I am always trying to spread love) yet this woman who worked as a greeter in the store came up to me as I was walking out the door and hugged me telling me thank you for all I do for others. I was blown away. I walked out to my car crying thanking the universe & my guides for sending someone that knew needed a hug. 🥰😇

Death, loss and shock are a theme I have been experiencing since November. I also had a dream three nights in a row, that woke me up only to find out a week later it was true. This whole theme has affected my health and I have sort help where I normally try doing things by myself. I am trying to sit with all these themes but it threatens my whole life and my sons stability....which makes me very very fearful.

I've been listening to you for a few years now and always take get alot out of these. This past years has felt like lots of endings; recently I left a job where I was not valued and their practices were unethical. I did speak with them then realised all that was happening was that I was unheard, I was becoming more and more triggered and eventually angry. After being told twice that nothing would change, I made the decision to leave (knowing that this would increase my financial instability). I also terminated a lodgers agreement as they were not respecting my home ( including personal space) and I felt bascially unsafe in my own home. Recurring themes in my life for as long as I can remember. So now it feels like all my external world as it has been is falling apart; my mental health is slowly beginning to settle. I know inside me that I can no longer live as I have inside or out.... and what that new is?.......I have no idea. Some days I can hang onto that there are new beginning coming, both inside and outside.......when I don't know. I am grateful for the outside support I am receiving. It's really vulnerable place to be yet I am here, striving for change and growth in the midst of it, trying to not force outcomes, or comparing myself to my externals.....and keep repeating to myself I am at my core I am worthy, deserving and I, today try to choose love over fear..............Sending Warmth

A couple of these themes are spot on for me. Ive been travelling and i have literally been perplexed by the unexpected ways i have been receiving intuitive messages. I usually get songs or strong hunches and yet there i was driving around a foreign country with multiple hand written signs giving me the same message over and over again.... how funny. Then there was the fun of meeting so many strangers in a foreign country with a common message that i am beautiful and attractive and alluring. On the back of a 20+ year toxic relationship i had absolutely no idea i was attractive to anyone and i was shocked that people were interested in talking to me or trying to get closer to me. Especially "messages from strangers.". While taking a meditation walk out in the woods the other day, 3 people came towards me on the trail in the opposite direction. They were having a conversation, and as they passed I clearly heard the words "Christ" and "Divine!"❤️

I literally thought I was loosing my mind these past few weeks. Listening to this I feel such a sense of connection to ‘peace bringer’. I couldn’t understand why I was feeling SO connected and unable to switch off from the lost children of Gaza. Experiencing such duality in every moment. This morning before I listened to this podcast I felt a surge of an idea to gather like minded souls & meditate sending love into the quantum field and love into the collective. To start a visualisation process - be the architects of the future. I dismissed the idea as soon as it passed through but listening to this I understand now. I understand. Fear has definitely been the predominant “weather,” and it can be tough navigating this as an empath. Even if we’re not calibrating to it, seeing it rule others so completely can be hard. Constant greater clarity comes to me. Like having eye drops in dry eyes. I embrace the growth. I allow the change.

Yep, I'm a Peace bringer, and am very strong on sharing the message of Unity and harmony right now in the world. And I just released my book about this, so am very focussed on spreading that message. Absolutely, I resonate with 'the 'other realms' also death (souls suddenly departing) On my travels and the very first day of our arrival (daughter & I)at a holistic retreat, I meet and connect with two separate strangers. We continue to cross paths at mealtimes and are immediately drawn to eachother. Between us x4 women, an age spread of 3 generations and from different countries. Our conversations, like a reunion of former schoolchums. Even our astro signs - we each knew someone close carrying the Sun sign of one of us in the group.
Another aspect of other realms that I resonate with is having a growing deeper connection with nature. I can lose myself staring at the beauty of a flower in bloom. Or I find that I can follow 'flow' of the sounds the wind or breeze through branches and leaves. Recently, I toured the mountains of Italian and Austrian tirol. The powerful presence of something majestic and more powerful than myself was immediately tangible yet, also felt like a comforting blanket around my shoulders as I stared at the mountain peaks in complete awe.❤
