Hi Caroline! I'm excited that you're joining the mouse make along! Thank you so much for mentioning it to your viewers. I can't wait to share all the mouse making, once we get past the end of June! ❤
Hi Caroline 🤗 perfect way to start my day, hanging out with you! Well done on all your CAL projects! 👏🏻👏🏻 You’ve been a very busy girl! All your makes are gorgeous! The little mouse curtain tie is sooo adorable! I love that you turned a cat into a fox…voila! 🥰🧶🤩
Hello Litsa, it is always a joy to share in the inspiration of crochet and crocheting with friends. I am very pleased with what I was able to accomplish these past couple of weeks.🤗
Perfect plan! I also want to use up 5 weight and up stash heap.. I just looked at it today and tried to talk myself into getting rid of it… I will USE it. I will dump it all in a basket and get busy in between other projects. 🎉 FuN!
Right?! 🤣🤣 that number 5 weight yarn is my most unused section in my stash. It is a great plan to make space by using the stash heap challenge. I think I will just save my yarn labels to help motivate to keep using it up. They are a great weight for a fast beanie❤🤗
Well done on finishing those neglected projects! They turned out so well and you must be so happy that they are done! I loved your wash/ dish cloths as well!! I have made one so far with a c2c Suzette stitch that I saw on Play Hooky with Me’s channel 😊
LOL at first I thought , what a weird looking little mouse with those long arms and crooked head 🤪🤣 So cute on the curtains! awwww.... I love that you put sparkles on the mermaid, it's adorbs Still so many good books I need in my library! LOL Hugs my friend 🤗💖
Hello Jo thank you 😊 its a great ami book much appreciated. The mouse sliding down the curtain is perfect for what I need. It was fun to get to use those sequins 👍 much love to you Jo😘😘
I just got that book because of Julie too!! 😂In fact, I almost made the same rabbit in overalls this weekend but ended up busy with something else. Your rabbit turned out adorable! How satisfying to get your projects finished and the gray bunny and fox are so cute. 💖
Awww Julie is going to help us all grow our libraries. 😂😂 How funny you were going to make the same pattern. I gotta make the girl soon. Those blast from the past projects even though they were not perfect, came out rather adorable ❤ It was nice to finish a few of the old WIPS ❤ thank you for your kind words ❤❤
The mouse curtain tie is so cute. You made so many cute projects this time. I love how you fixed the murmaid. She is so sparkley. I have read the book, but I am stuck on whar to make. It is taking a little bit to come up with something.
Hello Bonnie🤗🤗❤️so nice to to see you in the comments. I was very pleased with myself for finishing some projects from the past. I do have a pattern in mind of what to make for hooking up with books but I am reading it again to see if something else strikes my fancy. A couple of things have come to mind. Whatever you decide I am sure it will be awesome.
I saw the mouse tie-back. You did a fabulous job. I love the mouse. 🐁 🤍🩷 The conversion to a fox is genius. I love that one, too. You've been so busy and cleared up your wip pile so well. Once you're in the mood, it works like a dream! 😊💕
Hi sweet friend! I’m so glad you said that Libby has all of those magazines to check out. I didn’t know that. And I just finished making that same mermaid, and I was adding sequins at the same time I was watching this….great minds. Hope your summer is off to a great start. ❤
Hello there praying for you my friend. I put the search for Crochet and lots of things will pop up but i think its just within the year back issues not for sure but I think. I wish I had thought of the sequins before I started but it was an afterthought 😁 so I added them at the end. My body is not ready summer 😆😆 but i am ready for a break from homeschooling ❤️
@@carolinefortheloveofcrochet oh friend I hear you about summer. My daughter is already bored. It’s only been one week. 🤦🏻♀️but I’m enjoying not chauffeuring these people everywhere. 😂🤣 Hope the teaching break is wonderful, I know it’s hard.
Hi Caroline, such a fun video! I just love all the projects you made and finished up! I didn't know that Emma Varnam was doing a CAL, that's so fun! I definitely agree that bulky yarns take up so much space, I don't really enjoy working with thick yarn so I don't buy them often. I do love the look of the projects made with them. I always feel like that I am going backwards, most people are using plush yarns and I'm just doing my own thing 😂 That little mouse curtain holder is so adorable, thanks for the tip about magazines on Libby. I didn't know that so I'll be checking that out. I see why you got that washcloth pattern, it's so pretty! I love how it has that border to dress it up. I'm also glad I inspired you to get the book and make something! I think that your little bunny is so adorable! I want to make that girl too, she's made like that bunny I made from the book. It's a fun and different design to make. She is definitely my favorite pattern in it. Good job on finishing your cat into a fox! That's the fun thing about crochet, we can change our minds and make something entirely different that what we started out with! Really enjoyed hanging out with you today 🤗
Hello Julie, awww so glad you enjoyed it. I was very pleased with these projects and cal projects. Everything just fell into place and the inspiration got me hooking up some things i have been wanting to do. On the Libby app i think its just the most recent mags of the year not back dated ones. As for as that ami book I never would have seen that book had you not mentioned it. 👍💕💕 Well cheers to a beautiful Summer 🙌☕️☕️
@@carolinefortheloveofcrochet I looked on there and there's a lot of stuff on there! I really didn't need more projects added to the list 😂 I see some that I have too, which is cool for letting people know. I just now started using Libby, so I'm thankful for the tip! 🤗
What a nice surprise to see your video this evening ❤ So many lovely projects! I used that cat pattern from Pica Pau 2 for my final mushroom cat, but as you know I always flip the pattern to work from the bottom up (and I didn't have to worry about those face colour changes) 😊 I still need to get that book that you made the bunny from (also saw on Julie's channel 😅). That bunny is so cute! I believe it's also from one of my favourite designers, Lilleliis.
Surprise🤣🧶😀 I tried for Monday but it just didn't work out so here we are on a Tuesday lol. good idea for using that pattern for mixandmatch. Oh yes I think your right lilliellis is probably the designer.
I am not familiar with that character I willl be looking that up👍 You are so right a Change of the ears and tail and you have a mouse. I believe that designer has quite a few mouse patterns 🐁🐭💕💕

I am not a fan of 5-weight yarn, but love the hat! I may have to try it...and the bulky yarn. Your fox is precious! 😍
That type of chunky yarn made for a very comfy soft hat💕
Thank you the fox 🦊 was a big hit and someone asked to buy it❤️❤️

The grey animal in Picapau 1 is a wolf. The fox in in book 3. It was my first Picapau make. All the toys you made turned out very cute.
Ah 👍 good catch 😆 thank you 🙏 it was a good week💕

@AntisocialAuntie thank you that is too kind. I tried to find the best bunny pattern, i do have a couple favorites. I have three faves
@@carolinefortheloveofcrochet Which ones? I like the new white one you did in this video - the shape of the ears are really nice.
