I did this almost half a year ago. With customs mockups, all the image sizes and video instructions. It didn'k work. On Etsy, only the 4 most viewed stores prosper, the others sink without even being seen. For a €1 or €2 digital product it is not even worth using Etsy advertising, because they take all the profit. I also tried to make a RUclips channel with the paintings. No more than 30 seconds of viewing per video.
Such good videos. The tv frame is super small niche because most tvs in homes here don’t have these framed tvs atm. They are very expensive. Not that someone shouldn’t make framed tv art, but make the image available in wall art sizes too.

You have a point. With everything it is also a matter of promotion to get traffic in... that is the main goal first.
