I really like this house, love that large entry. What this house showcases really well is how out of control the cost of real-estate is getting in Florida.

I agree with you. This is almost million dollar house, you still have to upgrade closet’s because for that type of money you would think they would already have wooden shelves or at least better looking/functional closets plus the kitchen is mediocre. A better and bigger pantry should’ve been created. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice home but Mike has shown nicer and better homes around the same price range. Real estate in Florida is getting ridiculous
