You've come a long way when it comes to the space! Whenever I brainstorm what my future office/workspace will look like, I always think back to your setup because it's just so cozy and fun XD I''ll definitely bookmark this video for later whenever I eventually have the ability (and the money) to start decorating!
your studio looks so comfy & cool! 😎 I bet you can just chill in there for hours without doing anything productive, like laying down and listen to some ambience songs 😎
Your like me, for a long time since I desired a studio space that blends nature and neony lighty technology, I sometimes fantasize about living in a huge dome full of computers and neon lights reflecting off the walls and water of a huge beautiful forest waterfall cave, the moon is always an ambient purple and it shines through the opening of this cave into the dome. It's my head space when reality gets too dark to deal with.
Hullo Nadia! You have a truly amazing dream workspace! I have almost completely given up on digital artwork. I am concentrating on traditional art methods and while I do miss the undo function I am finding more joy in getting my hands dirty once again. I know to be a competitive freelance artist you MUST work digitally, so I guess that semi-retirement is best, I could use more income but there are trade offs right? Right! Wonderful seeing your new workspace it looks like a truly enchanted work area. Sending you all the good vibes and wonderful thoughts wishing you only the best! See you next video.
Looks great. I wish my workspace would already look like this. But there is still a long way. The camera and the boom arm look pretty need. What I would need for my draw with mes. The tripot mostly gets in the way, when I draw traditional and the camera is a super old one which runs out of battery very quick but need hours to recharge. Defiantly something worth saving up for. Btw. has my flaming found a space in your home already? Don´t worry, I dont have a problem with, reading that he is currently living in a drawer. You probably get a lot of fan art and wouldn't have space for every single piece. As long as he is surrounded by a lot of awesome artworks, I´m sure he will be happy. ^^
Great video and inspiring set up Nadia. Sorry to hear about your arthritis disease. I have struggled with a similar arthritis disease for decades. Not as fun as making art 😁
Trust me you dont want a 24 inch tablet, its just too big, hurts the back even more, I'm going back to 16 inch till they make a nice 20 to 22 inch 4k screen
If anyone is looking for an affordable mic, I HIGHLY suggest the Samson Go Portable, it's tiny in size and works very well. It's cheaper than the snowball and super easy to use, you can also get a converter piece (USB 2.0 to whatever your mobile's port is) and use it on your phone or tablet!
The new setup looks great! You've inspired me to fix mine up (but on zero budget). My there's a lot in this video that looks tempting tho... I think the name "Neon Nature" is not bad, actually; I, too, have been keenly interested in the relationship of Nature + Technology for many years, and you could do a lot worse than that.
