when First if condition is true, it will go to the inner if and then check the condition of inner if ,suppose inner if condition is false then it will execute the else part. but what will happen when first if is false? I think we should include else part for first if. because whenever first if condition is false it will execute the the else part of first if condition.
Please sir resolve my doubt.

From my knowledge the if statement checks if the condition is true or not..
If not it will directly go on the the next elseif condition
The first if doesn't need else condition
