I hope you understand how important your videos may be to anyone who watches them no matter how long you do this for. For me I have dementia at 38 and each day is more difficult to get out and go for a walk or drive, let alone see the world! I lived in Japan from 2004-2008 and it will always be a second home to me. I wanted to return to Japan and to eventually move there permanently, so I could grow old and die there. But it seems my fate is much different. As I sit here and lose my ability to function in the world, the one place that brings me the most comfort is Japan when I was in my 20's, and I used to walk around and explore like you do but of course without a great camera (I think mine was 3 megapixels). I'm not saying you need to do this for anyone but you, since this is your life and you live it how you see fit. Also, you need like everyone else to care for your loved ones. Anyways, thank you for sharing videos without making it about you, so god speed Rambalac. Keep walking until you don't want to anymore.
Ah, such kind words and heart felt too. My thoughts are with you and I too understand exactly your situation. Mine is very similar to yours. Yet you have to grasp onto the fact that Japan is always with you and is a big part of who you are. Life is that simple. I´m at the point that I am thinking of how forgetful I am every five mins, it´s very frustrating. Yet understand that it would be hard for you to continue with such feelings. Can you not treat each day as if it was a new one? Even if you are in truth visiting places that were very special for you ounce. You can still embrace it, yes? I wish I was living closer to you, maybe we could have helped each other more! I live in Sweden and am 69 now, yet who´s counting right. I wonder if Ram is aware of the fact, that this is his life now and maybe he fell into it, by simply doing what he loves? Yet in truth he might never stop walking. 🌸 I hope you find yourself a new, I think that one day you will feel warm inside, just by hearing the warmth of those around you, good luck 🕊
I pray in Jesus name that you are healed and find Grace throughout your entire life on this earth my friend. I love Rambalac too. Just know you are also loved so much someone would die for you, and has, so you can have abundant life, not dementia life. But life eternal apart from everything that makes us make mistakes. I am so thankful to hear your story. I really do pray things get better for you instead of worse and that you enjoy your life as much as you did in Japan and hopefully now, but forever and endlessly and all the way more and amen.
A few years have passed since I last commented, it is good to see the lovely consistency in your amazing and relaxing video walks throughout Japan. I continue to enjoy them😊
It was very moving for me. I have a deep association with the Cherry and so was moved to tears on some views. (I´m an old man). It was like watching an old memory or family film; where you wonder if life could have been that simple back then. I looked at the couples and they all seemed to be of the same age, wanting the same thing and filling their heart´s with even more love. A day when you both go for the same reason and because of the flowers, you are locked onto each other and the moment. Old people try so hard to save their found feelings onto Mobiles they do not fully grasp. It´s harmless, you are drawn every year and yet the magic the Cherry petals bring is always the same, a comfort the likes of many have yet to witness. They are magical and I always feel hope and a bond to them that is far too strong for words to explain. Yet I tried, I live in Sweden and it has always been a regret that I was not born in such a beautiful place. At least to have had my childhood there, my first girlfriend and my first love. Thank you Rambalac 🙏🌸 You giving more love than you can know, by just sharing your walks.
Thank you again for these great videos! I am missing Japan so much and your uncut walking videos with natural sound enable me to go on a virtual walk with you. ❤
Amazing walk again 🥰 - relaxed people, beautiful sakura 🌸🌸, picnics and all the tempting food stalls... hanami of dreams 💙🌸💚🥰 ! The colors, the sky with ''fluffy'' clouds🌤, petals in the wind, and setting sun shining through the fence... simply loved it 👍💖 !!
Let's catch up with Rambalac this time in Kumagaya, Saitama on the south side of Kumagaya Station We're going to do a jaunty 4 kilometre lap of the sakura promenade, and basically hang out on the dike for the most part We check out the vending machines at the station, but we don't find what we want so we head out of the station and head west to the fork Let's keep left here and head southwest for three blocks until we reach another fork We get some Ayataka Authentic green tea, and keep going left at the next fork and walk to the end of the street We tease left for a little bit, but head left down the street next to the dike where there's lots of goodies to try Rambalac chooses carefully, and selects a beef tongue skewer for ¥800, hold the karashi We walk the length of Arakawa Sports Park and go one more block just for fun where we turn left and scale the dike When we get to the footpath, we turn left again and continue walking while we admire the cherry blossoms We arrive at a traffic diversion, and decide to go off piste for a bit, walking on the slope of the dike so we can get closer to the trees Let's move back to the footpath and continue, then let's follow the footpath right as it descends down into the flats Let's keep going until the path really isn't a path anymore, and double back and turn right straight to the odd looking building closer to the dike Back on the dike, we follow the trees for quite some time Later, we run down the north slope of the dike for some reason and then climb back up to the footpath We backtrack almost to the odd looking building, and cut right into the neighbourhood along the west side of some allotments We hang a left at the fork, and continue west around the bend roughly following the dike The road makes a sharp right turn away from the dike, so we follow the next left back toward the river The road again turns right but more gently, and we take the right fork heading northwest for two blocks Let's take the rusty pedestrian overpass across the busy street and go into Manpei Park for some more cherry blossoms We move right for a bit, then follow the path around the east side of the park until we come to a staircase We climb the staircase and turn right, and walk under the cherry blossoms until the path comes to a T crossing We turn left and climb down the hillock, and pass straight out the exit into an unnamed street We find some vending machines, and choose a bottle of barley tea Let's walk for a block and then deke right and move one street over where we turn left It's a long block, but we're back at the station where we need to turn right to reach the entrance Another grand day out with Rambalac
Hi, I wanted to ask for permission to use some minutes of your footage (Night in the woods) can I use 7 minutes of your footage for a song background? If not, don't worry, I understand
How do the vending machines work at the beginning (?) E.g., is it voice-activated through a mobile app, or through a microphone on the vending machine itself?

From what I know, it's not curable yet right? I hope the cure gets found soon.
you are a gift to this planet. You allow people to see and experience things they will never get to in life.
