Lord quiet my soul so that l can hear you speak
Once again I looked up commentary on a scripture and you popped up. I love your teachings. I remember your little kids. We love you and Sue. Glad we were neighbors and friends because I know your teachings are coming from a genuine heart.
i have a constant talk with myself with God since very very young ..i walk with God ... its been easy its been hard but always necessary no worries Gods got this
Today is July 10, 2023. And on this day, let us pray for people who feel hopeless.
Thank you Lord for this blessed opportunity to be able to receive this wonderful and timely message. Pastor Paul I thank you for delivering it in such simple yet deep way that even a child could understand. May God continue to bless you in Jesus mighty name.

I love how david spoke to his soul saying "Get in line!" cause I am going forward with The Lord. Too many times I have dealt with the same wrong feelings and depression that I know is not biblical and had no avenue for my frustration with it

This was sooooo good I forwarded it to many people. God has been teaching me this and this study was the perfect balance of spiritual truths with practical steps. We cannot let our feelings or our intellect to exalt itself. The scripture says 2 Cor 10:5 "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." We need to do just that. God bless you, your family and your church.

Should you discipline your soul when you want to hear the word of the lord or should you discipline your soul with everything at any moment dealing with situations of this world? As a man, I have heard before “your feelings don’t matter”. Does this apply the same concept?
