lil Piece of Hart * LOW CARB Cooking * Did you know that there are actually six known cancer-causing carcinogens in sunscreen? This is a very serious little-known fact that everyone needs to know about! There was no skin cancer... before sunscreen came out! Think of all the millions and millions of people all around the world, that live with almost no clothing and spend all their life in the sun, yet there is no skin cancer happening! When we apply sunscreen, then go into the sun, we perspire and that makes the sunscreen that much more damaging, as that wetness soaks it into the skin even faster. But even without the sun, that poison is still entering our bodies. Women are constantly applying make up with sunscreen and they are getting skin cancer...which is also one of the most deadly types of cancer. I never buy ANY product that has sunscreen because I've learned about the carcinogens it contains. Toss out any product you may be using if it is laced with sunscreen! If people tanned the correct way, they would not be burned, which is if they want a tan, to start with about 15 minutes in the sun each day and slowly increase the tanning time, and that way you will never burn. People go all winter with no sun, then hit the beach for an entire day in the sun and end up burned. But they are also applying sunscreen and the heat and sweat make that sunscreen the perfect storm to cause skin cancer! If sunscreen prevents skin cancer, WHY are there NOW so many skin cancers being diagnosed? Please heed this advice and avoid ALL sunscreen products...your life may depend on it! For Big Truth! kristi

I use the same paddle brush I use to blow dry with. I have natural tight spiral curls and it works.
Using a regular comb works just as well. Just make sure you don’t melt the comb by holding it too close to your straightener.
My hair tends to get frizzy when I straighten so The tension comb for me did, I love it, thank you Brittany ♡♡

You could do the same with a fine tooth comb followed by your flat iron. it's a hairstylist secret and old school

I learned so much about new products I didn’t know existed. I think my favorite is the zinc toothpaste. I never heard of a toothpaste to help with morning breath. I love all your videos! My 7 month old missed seeing Carter as she always smiles when she sees him either on RUclips, Instagram or Snapchat! I love the toothpaste which I can’t wait to try it out. my FAVORITE hack ultimately has to be the toothpaste! this is genius that you actually were motivated enough to decide you were going to find a "fix" for the dreaded MORNING BREATH! I myself am getting married for the first time this Saturday, May 5th, so if I can find a remedy that enables me to roll over in the morning and kiss my groom with confidence then IM SOLD! Love the Lashes ! Another hack on no morning breath is a half a capful of hydrogen peroxide mixed with half a cap of water to dilute . Swish in the mouth for 30 seconds rinse and I guarantee no morning breath ! Plus it's super cheap , it costs pennies and last forever ! 😁
joanna prevost The question is: Do you do this in the morning? Or is this done at night and helps with the bad breath you wake up with? If you do this in the morning, then there is no reason for it. You would have to go to the bathroom in order to swish and spit this concoction, might as well just brush your teeth and get it over with. If you do this at night and it works until morning, then I'll definitely be trying this.
M. Happy , I only do this at night and another benefit is my teeth are super white. I don't have sensitivity either . I've been doing this for years and my Dentist said it was fine.
Peroxide kills good and bad bacteria. Dentists don’t recommend using it more than twice a week.
Doctors don’t recommend using it on cuts either.
I thoroughly brush floss the best I can and use act restoring mouthwash and my morning breath is better than when I skip those steps. At least brush but all 3 have helped me keep a nice smile and nice breath. I also chew trident after meals and im 26 and never had braces, never had cavities and trying my best to keep it up. Smiles are important
The deodorant was my favorite! I have a 4 year old, a 3 year old, and a one year old and I believe, especially since two are boys, that it's never to early to start teaching personal hygiene. I've been looking for a good natural deodorant that I could use as well as my kids. Start a routine early and it won't be so hard later on.

I use to have my hair to the side and when I got a hair cut my hair was very thin on the side that is always hitting my shoulder, so my hair was at an angle when it laid on my back
I’m definitely going to get one of those tension combs! I’ve never even heard of them before and I have insanely thick hair that is nearly impossible to get silky straight. So excited! This is totally going to change my morning routine ❤️

Love the toothpaste and deodorant!!! I switched to natural toothpaste and can not go back to conventional toothpaste. Burns my gums. I am also on the hunt for a good natural deodorant that works.I'm like you, I've tried several and nothing works for me all day!!! Thank you for the recommendations!
Maggie. Dilute apple vinager with water. About 20 percent vinager and 80 percent water. Apply to underpit for 5 minutes before shower. Do it 3 times a week. You will never need a deodorant again.
