I hope they do! I’ve visited Montreal many times from Alberta, and it’s such a magnificent looking building.

As a visiting 17 year old from Los Angeles in 1976, I was awestruck by the stadium complex, especially compared to the antiquated 1932 built olympic stadium we had in L.A. that I watched USC football games at. My son and I returned to Montreal in 2020 and I still found it quite beautiful and very unique. I hope it is never torn down, just like the L.A. Coliseum likely never will be.
I live in Baltimore, and visited Montreal 3 times, and loved the stadium, and I hope Montreal will get another team, so I can come back

"Restore Montreal's 'Big O' Stadium to its former 1976 Olympic glory". Well, between 1976 and 1988, that stadium did not have a roof nor a tower supporting the roof. I don't think that removing them is what Premier Legault has in mind.

1976 glory? I was only 10 at the time but if memory serves, wasn't the Olympic Stadium unfinished when the Olympics started?
Ugly on the outside, surely a new permanent fixed roof would be best?
