I really love Bentley Little. He gets normal day stuff and gives it a twist or to extreme. The association, the resort, the house, the mailman lol all are like that. My favourite is the association.
As an author myself, and a fervent reader, I'm glad there are so many different genres for different tastes. :) I've read Bentley Little and Stephen Graham and haven't kept the books because they are definitely not favorites. And while I love a lot of Stephen King and books (Especially It and The Shining...two of my favs) by Dean Koontz, I haven't loved everything they've written. :) Here's to enjoying the books we love and keeping them on our shelves. Here's to tons of books for every taste and interest!
I love the Dresden files! I read the first four, then I took a long break from them. Then I read Cold days and it was so good, it's my favorite so far. I need to pick them back up, I miss Harry and the gang! 😃📚
Some people aren't readers and don't know what they're missing. I feel your frustration when you were bothered by the pervy stuff in The Store. I won't keep a book I don't love or won't re-read due to limited space. When you see your Lividian copy of The Store, will you be pleased, indifferent, or mad? You should admire your shelves and only be happy. I'm donating my later Stephen King books to my local library because of the irrelevant political ranting he does.
I can always abide people’s differences on politics or religion, until I feel like they’re pointing their finger or attacking. I like inclusion (that includes people’s politics & religion). When people get too divisive, regardless of the topic, I don’t like it. I tend to be more of the “live and let live” persuasion, and sometimes I feel like I’m being attacked by authors because I’m not all in on their party line.

I need to get a copy of The Association. That’s another one that a lot of people recommend.
I really appreciate how you review books, thanks!
Thank you Gabriel! That’s so kind of you.

Nicely put, Tim. Life's short and reading lists are long. Cut out the waste by reading the authors that you value!
@MrWeapon10
Great advice! Thanks.👍👍
