Thank the maker for modders on PC! (no, not modders like cheaters on console, but the fantastic few who fix what DICE messes up and makes it better) They've basically fixed the bug where DICE's AI didn't have credits to unlock and play the CW heroes, upped the bot count from like 12 up to 32 on each side, and opened up Co-op for offline play. So for the most part, Offline Turning Point vs AI. And, man, it's total madness -- and it's awesome. They've also upped the bot count on normal Instant Action up to either 40 or 64 total but this is a bit more unique, I figure.

Star Wars is meant for massive battle, and i's been looking for that for long, finally i found your video so interesting than a countless Star Wars online multiplayer gameplays i's been watching. imagine if modder can spawn more vehicle on the ground and let AI drive into action.
Ai makes is realistic
what annoys me is the scoreboard, they show it as if you're playing with nobody, when you're actually playing with the bots :/
This is what this game mode needs to be not the baren wasteland where you don't see anyone for half the match
For sure. Well, 32v32 might be too much. I haven't tried 20v20 mode but that might be fine. Better than 9v11 I think the normal is right now. Again... drawbacks of consoles. They have to keep performance on old PS4/XB1 and can't push it too far. Lots of people on that mod commenting that their PCs can't handle it either. Hopefully, they'll allow options that maybe PSPro/XB1x/PCs can take a bit further.
@@onewaydown It's a stupid excuse from dice. Make the ai dumber so the CPU can handle more of them. End of story.
Azel Az while I would rather they do that, it might be hard considering we now have friendly and enemy heroes and vehicles and people want a genuine challenge not brainless AI
@@troy8420 Dumber ai is still a challenge if there's enough of them shooting at you. At it's current state this game looks like two small squads fighting each other, rather than two armies battling. I'd gladly drop the smart bots for a lot of dumber bots cause it would give us the feeling of an actual battle between two armies. Just like in the movies. But that's just my opinion.
@@azelaz5053 Yeah I agree. The bots are genuinely more accurate than a lot of online players so they could be downgraded a bit. I'm not entirely sure how much they would be able to increase ai just from that tho, consoles are still limited

Great video! But I have a doubt, this "mode" that you recently said that now we can play it like free, it's only for pc? I mean, in xbox can't play like this?
Sadly, consoles can't support modding, so this would be something only on PC.

Well. Now this exact mode will be option to play fully offline with ai.
Yup. =) Fiiinally - only took them like 7 months. At least we can play OT heroes and maps, like Scarif, now too.
Damn PC gets all the good stuff why does dice suck at getting hot fixes out sooner we got to wait another month to get a patch now🤬
I remember them shooting for bi-weekly patches but probably not enough people working on it nowadays. One of the drawbacks of consoles, though. Takes forever to put out updates through their processes and they have to keep everybody in sync - can't have PC masterrace getting cool stuff sooner.

Online co-op is pretty much the same - just less AI, 3 actual players on your side and normal BP gain. But yeah, it would be fun having an online option. =)
Does this mod include custom arcade? Or galactic assault offline?

It's just mods for Arcade and Instant Action, so no GA until DICE adds it there.
do i get that" instant action " gamemode when i download the mod?
At this point, you get it in the base game. =) DICE added the Co-op mode offline last month as "Missions". In Instant Action, you can play Supremacy, Mission Attack (which is what this video was) or Mission Defend. The mod increases the bot numbers and stuff but the mode itself is available without it.
