I will never understand how a player can wear a watch during the game. Maybe caused by a commercial contract!
Tommy Paul had his watch on for this years US open, i also see hurkacz wear his from time to time, guessing it’s just fashion as they always wear it on their off hand.
High end watches are very well ergonomically designed and light for the size.... hardly feel them.
It's for their sponsors
There is absolutely nothing special with wearing a watch during the game. Nothing; not in the least.
