It is true the 50b has a French gun, but it also has French armor that randomly makes no sense as well. Balanced.
It doesnt, it has a paper turret that even t7 guns can penetrate but the front nobble on its hull is really thick and if angled properly can be used to bait people in shooting it around the corner before going out and clipping them. Because most people just see the 50b and thinks its always free exp and dont know about the 350-400mm effective armor on the nobble.

The explaining voice over is awesome and provides a lot of insights into the higher level gameplay that can truly turn around a game (when it's not a 15-5 simulator anyway). AMX 50 B is such an interesting tank which was really powerful back to the days when it was added and it remained powerful nowadays
after many months away from this game, I have the urge (brain poison) to come back (Since no other game matches the gameplay feel) and glad to see you still slapping people in game, I remember watching your vids quite some time ago and learning a lot, taking my old dogsht acc over 9 years old where my first 3k games had sub 40% winrate (38.something) and your knowledge and tips helping me climb from that to 48% (at 6k-ish games) and still was climbing when I took my break.

Whenever I see the 50b I remember me and a friend dominating every game many years back when playing 50b and maus together. We had like 95% winrate when playing together. Good old days

yeah id watch the stream vods on a second channel, i don't usually attend streams while they're live.
Watching some full commentary videos is a good way to learn in wot, lets us peasants know how the better players think etc, i would definetely watch some of those 😁

14 years old trying to become a super unicum. Lol i am still not too good I have 53% career winrate 800 battles, and i grinded my way to the conqueror and i got 1 mark on it with 60% winrate, i still have a long way to go, i look up to you kajzoo, I'm still learning about map positions and decision making. favorite wot cc!

I don't know if to buy it. I hesitated to buy amx50120 for 8 years, having it unlocked since 2014. Around last xmas I got it. It's awful stock. But with field mods, grousers to decrease terrain resistance it was awesome. I had 2100dpg in it (my highest after kran and fucobra) and high winrate in it for like 120 games. Then it completely broke and I had streak of hopeless games unable to do anything, when I was not even able to camp at redline without failing, cause tank is higher than most of the bushes and after like 20 games when I was just scared of my teams more than enemies I gave up and never returned to it, part of was that I barely played wot in 2023 and amx is not the easiest tank.

I'm not gonna lie, that M VI Y is literally me in this game.
I would argue the t57 is more busted than 50b cause it has 20s reload and 2s between shots with 340 heat and much more troll armor. the only things its missing is speed
While that is true, the 50b has substantially better soft stats, ammo capacity, gun depression, and reverse speed. Also, due to shell normalization the 325 APCR of the 50B is about equal, if not slightly better - both tanks are pretty good but 50b has more flexibility to maintain an advantage where the T57 cannot.
