- Newly crowned Miss South Africa 2023, 25-year-old Natasha Joubert, is no stranger to pageants. In 2016, Natasha, who hails from Gauteng, won Miss Globe SA, and proceeded to a Miss Globe competition in Albania where she got a 5th position. In 2020, she entered Miss South Africa and landed third position, before being crowned Miss South Africa 2023 at the Sun Bet Arena at Time Square Menlyn, Tshwane, on Sunday. The BCom Marketing graduate, who owns her own fashion brand, says at the core of South Africa's social problems is education. On Sunday she said she has already secured R1,2 million in bursaries because education should never be a privilege limited to the fortunate few. She is calling on government officials and people in positions of power to give this generation an equal chance in order to propel the nation forward. Miss South Africa 2023 Natasha Joubert is here in the studio with us this morning.

Well Said
such a humble, intelligent, beautiful girl. We couldn't have asked for a better queen 💖💖💖💖
@@rafaelw8115you're so bitter
Is everything ok at home?
South Africa is a rainbow nation@@rafaelw8115
You sure you take the right meds?? @@rafaelw8115
She came back stronger and more confident this year.....after that Miss Universe cooking show in which we were not placed. Siyabonga Natasha, for not letting that 'fail' stop you from reaching for your dream again. A great testament of rising from the lowest low and reaching great heights.
😂 😂 Miss universe competition only one, which is not cooking show, 2017/2019 south Africa winner mind it
So happy for Natasha. Congratulation to our Miss South Africa.❤️🌹
She will win Miss Supranational 2024
The thing is we always think others are perfect , they don’t have the issues and problems that we do , we all have things that we struggle with , some cope better than others … we also keep quiet because we fear of being judged .. this comes to the point .. we are more alike than we are different .. we all share many burdens .. we need to be more kind to one another and yourself
'we are more alike than we are different'. So very true. Let us get together, let us pray to our Creator.
She is a real South African!
She knows the real struggles faced by majority of South Africans, access to education, #FeesMustFall was for the sane reason
She comes across as very down to earth. Congrats to Natasha Joubert.
You did not give up Natasha, beautiful Inspiration❤
Beautiful Natasha
Goodluck to bryoni for miss universe I hope the whole country is behind her ❤️
She is Beautifull and Humble..Wish her All the Best.
She needs to be on the stage of Miss Supranational 2024 and it should be her who would wear the crown.
That's what I'm hoping but apparently the new owner of miss universe is stingy so she won't be happy about south africa going to miss Supranational.
@@borneo_ I completely understand but the owner needs to think practically that since she already represented South Africa in 2020, now the second best person needs to go to Miss Universe. Natasha has the ability and potential to bring back the Miss Supranational crown to South Africa and as I Indian I will be more than happy to see the prestigious crown of Miss Supranational on Natasha. She can be destined like Lalela to have a second chance to represent and win the crown.

I fall inlove with her everday .#TeamNatasha.till the end
Congratulations Natasha 🎊 well done
"Queen NATASHA JOUBERT....'Well Done & Congratulations'"
I believe her in every word ❤️🔥
She is beautiful 😊😊
I don’t know how she didn’t make into the top at miss universe?
same
She is so beautiful 😍
Wow, what a woman. Congratulation Natasha.
I am from the Philippines and I am a fan of Natasha. I was so disappointed when she didn't place at the 2020 Miss U.
What is your why? What is your purpose? Wow! She is amazing! She is so pretty! empowered woman, smart, she really has a mission. I want her to win in an international pageant. Will she be joining Miss World, Supranational, International, Earth? If only Miss Universe allowed alumni to join again.
I so love this woman, I am currently going through some mental work and I can so relate to her..
This is her time... I can see that she is at her Best Shape! I can see Ms. Universe Crown on her.
THIS IS THE BEST TIME!
Agree...unfortunately she's not representing SA at the Miss Universe this year
@@aiseakonrote5381I saw that she won't be going to Miss Universe, that is so unfortunate 😢. Do you know why though?
@@ikhethelengndebele5656you can only compete once at Miss Universe, that’s the rule. Also she doesn’t want to compete internationally, she wants to be Miss SA ❤
Does that mean that First Runner Up is going to Compete for Ms. Universe? @@aiseakonrote5381
She's so beautiful, intelligent and authentic 😘
bellisima muñeca barbi ,muy elegante y empoderada
She will end her reign as the most accomplished Miss South Africa. Her focus is clear. The Miss SA we needed
Very deserving❤🎉
She faith for that's now she's Winner congratulations

Congratulations Natasha 🥳😍
one of my favorite south african queens , a fan from the philippines 😍
We love our Miss South Africa!❤️
Am from PH, till now i cant even imagine why she was unplaced in Miss U 2 years ago ..if not mistaken
Am a fan of her since then
Congrats! Natasha, just beautiful
Wow amazing Natacia❤

That's why she is Miss S A!
❤️ All the best!
Congratulations happy for u
She deserves it. Nice girl.
She is a winners 🏆
proxima miss universo 2023
Education answer are very common answers........everytime all the country answers education......
Wow 👏👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙏🙏 beautiful 👍😍❤
Congrats Natasha
Her voice is like Ms Universe 2017 Demi
I believe in second chances, love her
It's a disgrace to repeatedly compete in the same competition again and again
Wov
Just because SA won in Miss Supranational last year then they send the ultimate winner in Miss Supranational while the Runner up in Big and Major Pageant Miss Universe. So weird MSAO
The reason is because Miss Universe doesn't allow people to compete twice, and Natasha represented us there before 😊.
so all she wanted was the crown Miss South Africa which she didn't got during 2020 placing 2nd runner up despite being sent to Miss Universe 2020. She no longer aspires to compete abroad?
She was from batch 2020 and didn't make to the semi finals
Sorry deserving of the Crown 👑
A worthy winner, she was ready this time. Not sure why they dyed her hair jet black it ages her and makes her look tired. Politics maybe?
What politics😂 on hair colour.
Please grow up. This is how she wears her hair for as long as we've known her in these peagants & they aren't told how to wear their hair please!
Atleast she is a woman.
Nice lady but the constant yes, yes, yes is a bit annoying
is this the 1st time in History of Miss Universe that a candidate will compete AGAIN?.. unless she join Miss World but im scared for her.. no doubt she is beautiful and intelligent woman and she can represent her country so well but but but there is a 50/50 chances that she might not be in semi final once again and winning Miss Universe is not that easy coz you need compete more than 80 woman around the world... no matter how great you are if it is not for you.. its not for you... and knowing that she had a depression bcoz of the past situation im really concern for her.. idk if shes strong enough to face this challenge again and i hope she is... Goodluck Natasha but i think it is better for her to join MW or MSupra...
She won't be going to MU, you can only participate once.
you need to add in corruption my dear.
Their crowns are always horrific. 😂
Actually it was shocking that she didnt make to the cut of Miss Universe. I am prefer her than rabiya. Congratulations.
So now a beauty queen is an expert on south african problems?
This is exactly what she is talking about....go back to school and take Domkop Steenhuisen with you .....
@@truth-Hurts375 hahaha.what does he have to do with it?
She is South African....and she knows South African problems....she should, that's a must for a Miss SA.
@@phandapanda9644 we all know south african problems.i dont need a 26 year old to tell me. They are all big mouth but once they get the fame and money they all forget about what they said.
