Life for dealing drugs. Life for 21 year old, that held after his own brother was murdered in prison, where he should have been safe. I'm so happy someone finally saw HIM, and listened. Rehabilitation should always be the goal. It should have been the prison's goal, not just his. But I'm glad he chose it, and am so proud of him for succeeding. I'm so glad the community saw him.
Prison should be where you learn from your mistakes, not just be a punishment. I'm glad he's gotten a second chance at life. Even my grandma thinks the sentence he got for a nonviolent drug charge was ridiculous.
Here we go again, grab the tissues. Thank goodness for the strength of Jason to turn things around and the strength of the community for rallying around him to keep the positivity going.
I know nothing about the law save for what little I've learned through crime shows and school, but I still strongly believe his charge for a nonviolent drug offense was way too much. He made a mistake, sure, but life plus 320 years? Jesus. I'm glad and relieved that he got released and is free to right the wrong he did when he was younger. We all make mistakes, but what matters is that we learn from them and do better. I'm happy to see that his community gave him a second chance and sees him for him, not for his past self's poor decision. Here's to hoping he gets his pardon and for more prosperous years for him. ^^
I really appreciate your positive message of “dude be nice” because of your content you make a believer of us all… people were dudeulger and the community rejoiced …plus the dude has really real insights that keep the kiddos safe …nice work 👍
Dude, you need to be putting more of these videos on RUclips! This is fantastic and so needed in a time where people are fixated on wrong people doing the wrong things. These videos are a ray of hope that people can experience redemption and can make a positive difference in the lives of their communities. Keep making more videos like these!
Please finish reading, he didn't make a mistake he did what he had to do to survive, was it stupid yes but we all learn from our mistakes, many people relapse or continue when they get out he made a stupid situation make a great foundation to an amazing community
