This area doesn’t get tsunamis but hurricanes are possible. Flooding isn’t out of the question. Roll down shades could help with privacy

It’s on the wrong side of the Canal so not easily accessible to the Beach … Its a $16 million dollar house, Not $28.5 million….
Well it sold for this price just last month (April)
@@Legendary_Productions I know but it’s still a $16, million dollar property..And it didn’t sell for $28.5 million either. It sold for much less, And the deal has not yet closed . But you already know that i believe it will fall through just as soon as the new owner finds out he’s overpriced. Look across the other side of the street where 3 of the other homes sold for $18 million , $12 million, $16.7 million, all very similar houses.. They got very lucky. Whoever bought it will never make the money back,
