I’ve been on an a330 and boy it was great
Ngl economy class food was good. We were going to visit family in the Philippines from Maui. Though it was loud sense we were sitting near the rear, but everything else was really nice. I watched sooooo many movies during the flight lol
Honestly, its a major improvement from the last time I flew with PAL before this trip. Hope to fly with PAL again soon!
PAL is really stepping up their game. I think they are better with Garuda now. But the airport lounges needs a major changes tho’ other than that. They’re 5 star airline already.
I totally agree. PAL has stepped up their game. I believe the 5 Star status will be achievable once the New Manila International Airport opens in Bulacan in about 3-5 years or so. With the new airport PAL could make it as their new main hub to expand their fleet, routes and adding a new lounge.
StefenJC Yes I believe they are jumping 15+ in ranking from Skytrax. And most improve airline 2 yrs in a row. Good to see PAL is competing. I hope I can fly with them someday. ♥️

12:37 Actually half of the south wing is used for International flights most of the time. it only handles domestic flights in non busy hours
I miss flying with Philippine Airlines,the last time i went to the Philippines was in May 2018 , i hope to travel back to the Phils soon with Philippine Airlines PR 101

I'm doing this exact flight next month, but in Premium Economy.
I hope you have a safe and great flight! Originally I booked to be in the Premium Economy since I didnt have the funds to pay for Business. But, I saved up a little to upgrade after.
Yes, I live in Hawaii. I'm using the Bid system to upgrade; if I have the money, I'll will bid for Biz Class instead of PE.
@@nwguy9816 Nice! Same here. Its a great experience to try their business class. It was worth the bid too since i saves hundreds of dollars.
I was upgraded to Business Class once (Manila to Bangkok) and Premium Economy twice (Honolulu-Manila, Manila-Honolulu). Enjoyed all of my flights.

Unlike the US, the woman flight attendants on PAL are all slim and pretty and like to be referred to as she or her.
The only philippine airlines I took is the a350 from Toronto to Manila roundtrip

I always fly Business class to Mnl and Back to Hnl. What happened to the cheese platter? Did you get it?
Sadly I have not, I was curious as well for the cheese platter. Maybe it was substituted by the small canapes?
StefenJC you need to ask them. It's not a substitute to your canapes. Its on the menu. We pay big bucks to fly them what's a cheese platter to them right? On your way back you should ask them.
I knew I should of asked. But, I was ashamed to since it was my first time flying Business lol. I was hoping it would of been part of service. Unfortunately, I already flew back weeks ago haha I just need to edit it.
