We have one pig that will lift the fence and go under it - she doesn’t mind a zaps or two. The only way we fixed the issue was to do a double electric fence with about a foot space between them - she doesn’t tolerate the zaps while trying to lift the second fence. She’s headed to the butcher in a few months - can’t come soon enough 😂
I've been told several times that Jacks and Jennies make for excellent watch animals so I wouldn't say that donkeys are not a for profit animal. Best to y'all.
I have been subscribed for a long time now! Love your videos. I'm THINKING about adding a boar + sow to my homestead (I have 2 gilts currently) how intimidating is it to have breeding pigs??? I have all kune kune too.

Oh my goodness Phil blends almost perfectly with the woods.

O Phil, so silly! Glad the other pig is doing better! ❤ Have a great day!

Thanks for the kind words appreciate you following along!
Can you put landscape staples on the bottom fence line to keep it on the ground?
The bottom wire on this fence is electrified so that would ground it out

Appreciate the support! It’s not intimidating at all and it’s very enjoyable to see the piglets born on the farm
